Super disappointing. Finally, after years of covid self haircuts decided to treat myself to a REAL haircut. A bit surprised when it was over a month out when I could get an appointment, but oh well, it was gonna be good - right? Confirmed via email the day before - noting the 24 hour cancellation policy. Well the big day finally came - I arrived - to find that my stylist had "something come up" and my appointment had been cancelled. Okay, big breath, can deal. So, because I really just have one day a week I can do this, reschedule for the next week. Again, confirm via email the day before. Then, lo and behold, I get a phone call again cancelling my appointment because "something has come up" with the stylist. True they offer to fit me in later in the day but alas I have now, twice, scheduled my whole day off around this. I can't tell you about the quality of cuts here because my life does not allow me to continue blowing my one day off from work/family to hold on for an appointment. Funny that customers are penalized for less than 24 hour cancellation but no problem for the Salon. Guess I keep cutting...

I was in town for a friend's party from North Carolina and was appalled by the staff's unprofessionalism, inabilities and poor service. The two staff members working when I was there spent their time gossiping, complaining about their colleagues and aspects of their job. One could hardly be bothered to stop putting on her own makeup to answer to the phone. There was music blaring, and their constant minging and inside jokes became tiresome quite quickly. All could have been salvaged if she'd actually been able to do my hair, but she got frustrated, blamed me and then essentially gave up. I was charged full price and clearly left an unhappy customer. Read moreI was told my haircut would cost $53 + tax, I informed them I could not pay that and the front desk woman told me I'd be charged a cancellation fee for not calling ahead. They made me feel bad about not having that kind of money so I had to call my mom to help me pay for it. I asked if I didn't get the hair wash would it be cheaper and I was told "no that it wouldn't make a difference." So I got the cut and went to pay, they told me $57.00 for everything. That amount they charge for a haircut is absurd especially considering it only took an hour for wash, cut and dry. The receptionist was extremely rude; however, they stylist was kind.
