Note the address here is wrong... The new location is the county courthouse away from the plaza. I think this new location (which used to be the original location) is much better. More space, more parking. This is a pretty decent farmers market with a really cool vibe and friendly people. Love the live music and cute little tables for people to sit at. I hope it continues to grow and offer more things. Would love to see wine, more local artists and jewelry. You can walk through the whole thing in a few minutes. If you take your time and talk to people, maybe around 30-45min. If you choose to hang out for the music, get a palm reading, get a poem, and eat there, maybe 1 hr or 2. My favorite items were the chai tea, flower/chili pepper🌶️ arrangements, and taos honey booth🍯.

Busy family friendly ... Affordable to pricy, wear sunscreen, layers, and bring cash for cash only vendors... Yes that is still a thing. Start first thing in the morning around 9, grab something to eat and drink, (dirty yet public restrooms in center of square). Wonder around early to decide where to check out at opening time and admire all the corners and wonders of the main historic district before it gets packed by 11.

Total must when in Taos on the weekend. Farm fresh local honey, herbs, tea, produce, jams, and other homemade products. The smell of fresh roasted chili fills the air! The blue corn papayas with sour cream and green chili are a must. There is a lady that sells a lavender tea made with spices and oatmilk that is so unusual and one of the best things I've tasted!

A great way to kick off your Saturday—enjoy the sounds of the hustle and bustle, friends and family bump into each other and enjoy small reunions, chit chat over snick snacks, Sultry guitar and sweet sweet vocals. Everything from people here to get a quick fresh bite to eat and wagons full of the freshest loot. The cutest young children, well behaved dogs, and beautiful earthy everyday people.

Great selection of local goods—ready to eat treats, plenty of produce, teas, tinctures, skin care, and corky surprises. (Lacking in artisans—no jewelry or artwork)

The vibes are high to say the least....
