I would not recommend them. I had a ring sized and asked for an appraisal for our insurance. They did not do the appraisal. Then wanted me to turn around and give $200 dollars. The woman said that she would not size the ring until the appraisal came. After $ 260 for sizing.. bad communication and I feel like it's not my fault the girl forgot the appraisal. No problem resolution at all. So be wary when you take something there , you might have to write it down in BIG handwriting for them. They don't care they messed up, just offered excuses, not admitting anything about...

I recommend Patina to all of my friends and anyone else willing to listen! We have gone to other jewelry stores and felt competitors are pushy and don’t listen. Patina is completely the opposite! They are so patient and willing to work with you. They were amazing in helping us design a custom engagement ring. Then helping find a band that will match the ring.
