I bought a few dishes earlier and found out one of them wobbles when placed on a flat surface. I took it to this store location and first, I checked to see if they have any same plate that I can switch. However, there is not so I went to the counter and asked for a refund. The cashier, tall caucasian with spiky hair, rejected and said, they don’t allow return. So I explained to him that this is defective and he said, “but you brought it home already, I don’t know what you might have done to it.” I said, it is a plate, all the sticker are attached, what can I do to it? He still said no, and ask me to find something else he will allow to exchange. So I went back to the store and pulled out my phone, the attached page shows that it is completely accurate that they should refund if the item is defect. I want back to the counter and pointed to my phone said your policy allows return. He had to call his manger and issue the refund.

I was declined going into the store during business hour by the store manager "Anthony". I really feel sorry for Daiso to have a store manager like him. All he wants to do is close the store earlier and go home earlier. I'm not the only one declined today. He says because he already declined the customer ahead of me so that he can't let me in either. I think this is how you push all your customers away. This is definitely not what I expect from a Japanese Store. I'll never go to Daiso anymore. Not in this store with the store manager with this kind of attitude....
