I previously called to ask if they would be able to service my watch battery and informed them it was a Fossil. I was told yes and the 2 options they have currently. I pay $20 at Fossil and batteries plus charges the same with a warranty. I figured ok thats cool, now I don't have to drive to Round Rock. WELL THAT WAS A HORRIBLE ASSUMPTION I went in told the guy I was there for a battery change. He then took my brand new watch that I have only had the pleasure to wear once and stood at the bench and repeatedly kept using a metal tool of some sort to "try" and open the back of the watch. After 5 minutes he then goes to get the manager. When he walked by me I said are you going to be able to get that off? He says without making eye contact with me yeah that's what I'm trying to do..so then the manger is trying in the back office area he brings the watch out and I still keep hearing this metal clicking sound to no avail. I walk up and say can I have my watch. The manager says I don't know why we can't get it off. I told him Fossil has the tools and I already asked them prior to coming would they be able to do this beforehand so I could save a 60 mile round trip to Fossil. The guy that originally scraped the back up damaged my watch did not say I apologize for damaging your watch didn't say I should have asked first or gotten help before it went this far. No empathy no customer service it was like we'll you gave me a new watch I damaged it here you go. I asked about buffing the scratches out and the manger told me to come back next week...they just stood there and looked at me like oh well. That's okay because if you didnt have the customer service to handle the situation properly at first you definitely won't have it going forward. NEVER AGAIN!!! I have the pictures of the damages...if I were the manager I would have called Fossil and inquired on the price and replaced it simply because the worker failed and as a manger I came behind him and failed again. Read moreTook a while before writing a review but here was my experience. I took my phone in for a cracked screen. Came back after a couple hours, to a screen that was fixed and a home button that worked. Later that night my home button stopped functioning, and took it back the next day to see if anything could be done in regards to the button. After several hours of attempts for repair, I was told there was nothing they could do there at the store, that I would have to have my phone sent off to their technical support location elsewhere for more detailed fixes. I’m in sales, I heavily rely on my phone for business, sending it off is something I couldn’t do , so I decided to do without. A couple weeks later I brought my phone back because there were white spots on the screen, more than likely a bad screen. I took it back for repairs and the manager Ron, informed me that it’s because my phone was dented but when asked to show me where the dents were located he did not. He then informed me that this would be the last time my screen would be repaired, even though I was clearly still within my warranty period for the screens. A week later my phone screen is still having problems, with the screen having green lines periodically and half of the screen having inverted screen colors until being rebooted. Read moreI had previously recommended Batteries plus to several people. Purchased a battery, took it in 5x under warranty before they ever replaced it. Had the new battery less than a year and it started having the same problems. Took it in, it was reading at a 1. They guy says, no problem I can’t exchange it until I test it. I will replace it because it shouldn’t get that low but give me 4 hours. Ok, no problem. I call back 4 hours later, speak with someone else and get the idk why he told you that, we have to charge it for 24 hrs. I explain that the first guys says it needed to be replaced anyway. This guy says no, it might charge and will be fine. They call me back to tell me that it charged and is fine to pick up, (much longer than 24 hours later) by this time I have taken my battery back 6+ times and I’m not messing with them anymore.
