After weeks of researching various mattresses and reviews online, I finally decided to go in person to Mattress Firm and actually try out some beds. The idea of lying on mattresses in front of other people was not appealing at all, but getting out of my comfort zone was a necessity in making such a large investment for my health. Robert greeted me and listened as I described what I wanted and my price range. He encouraged me to lie down on the beds in my usual sleeping position as he explained the best level of firmness for my usual sleep position. He made the experience even more enjoyable by introducing me to what an adjustable base is. I then spent about 20 minutes trying out the zero gravity, massage, and raising and lowering capabilities of the ergo base and didn’t care one bit about the people walking around or noticing me as I was comfortable enough to take a nap. I did not plan on buying an adjustable base that day, or a mattress to be honest, but I bought both! Robert made the process feel almost as comfortable as the mattress I picked, with no “pressure points,” and just the right amount of “support” to meet my needs. I absolutely hate this place! We ordered a bed from here when we moved in and they were late on the time frame to drop it off so they didn't leave it because I had to leave. They had to bring it a week later due to the scheadule. That was the first time! Now the beds to soft so we went back to switch it and one my name was spelt wrong... but today they were supposed to deliver the new bed and take the other one well I have been waiting all day called at 2 pm to ask when they would be arriving and only to be told we'll call you back... I call again at 4 because no one has called to be told on the ticket didn't print so they didn't put your bed on the truck they will have to bring it a different day!!!!! Why wouldn't you call the customer and inform them of your mistake?! Poor customer service each time! Some one needs to do something! Zero...
