Went to this establishment for lunch saw the sign that showed dine in open. So we decided to get down and possibly eat inside. The doors were locked but was let in. So we thought ok cool lets go ahead and eat here then go and run our errands. Well as we waited inside after ordering other customers started to walk up to the doors but they were still locked. My son thought since they let us in then it was ok to let the other couple of people in. Mind you after he let two to three people in a lady comes out from behind and gets on my son by saying. " We have the doors Locked for a Reason!" I then proceeded to tell her if that was the case then they should have said something earlier and that she didn't need to talk to my son in that tone. My son was not aware for the reasoning the doors were locked. Meanwhile while I was upset another customer who my son let in asked why they had it locked and another employee said it was because of short staffing. My thing is if this is the case why wasn't a sign placed on the door, for customers to know to go to the drive thru?! The customer service was horrible and my family and I love jack in the box but this was unacceptable behavior. I was so upset with the customer service and the dinning area was a mess and not cleaned up. You should never talk to customers in that way. Jack in the Box you really need to check your employees at this...
Read more4 years ago I gave this location a 3* review. Today, I am changing it to 1*.
This location has had periods where it was pretty good and others where it was just plain dreadful. Right now is one of the latter. 3 of my last 4 times there were abysmal.
The second to the last time I was in the drive-thru (by myself) for 10 minutes before getting my food. When I got home I found that I was missing several items. I went back to get it fixed. There were 4 cars ahead of me. After over 10 minutes the line hadn't moved once so I drove away. I sent feedback about this visit through the survey, but they never responded.
The final time I went there I ordered a shake and some tacos through the app. When I got to the location I was told that they were out of shakes (no mention of this on the app) and was offered a drink (which of course was much lower value than the shake I paid for). When I got home I found that several of the tacos I ordered had lettuce even though I ordered all without. This time I sent feedback directly through the company webpage...and once again have not gotten a response.
The management for this location (and likely the region) is completely asleep...
Read moreHK Dogen Loop location: Not too happy with my last order. We ordered through Door Dash, because we weren't feeling to great, so we didn't have to get out. I ordered bacon and cheese wedges and a root beer. When I got my food, it was plain wedges and a sweet tea. I was not happy. I called Jack in the Box and they did offer to make it again, but I had to go pick it up. And when it was remade, it's like they were upset, because it was a dab, and I mean a dab of cheese So, this defeats the purpose of even paying for Door Dash and paying a tip. So, I just waited for that time, paid extra, and still had to get out. This is so ridiculous. Restaurants can't get anything right, so food delivery services are just a waste of money and time, because we still have to go get food because the places can't do their one job, make people's orders correctly. It's like they have squirrels working in the back, well maybe squirrels might get orders right, they're pretty smart. I understand they get busy, but if car salesman was busy, would it just be alright if someone bought a Jaguar and they were sent home...
