Oh goodness, the two guys back in cabinets today were obviously there for a paycheck without having to put any actual work into it. Possibly the first guy and the second just didn’t care for him. The attitude the first guy gave off was insane he grabbed a cracked cabinet that was bowing in and thought we would accept that? He also grabbed others that were missing corners and said he would give us a discount. No I want good stuff for my money. Then we asked if they could help load onto a trailer they said yes and ran away at checkout had to wait for a young guy who was trying to get cement to another truck to help. He was rushing so tipped over our cabinet with the drawers and they fell out onto the drive. This store is crazy different from killeen, I spent over a grand here for bad service and then just went to killeen and was greeted in my aisle by an associate who said don’t worry about loading anything I will have them bring it to contractor pick up area without us even having to ask. She and her team mate loaded it up made a single mistake that ruined one floor piece and fixed right away by getting another box and had the best customer service. The killeen store employees actually spoke like they enjoyed what they do and we’re helpful. If you don’t like what you do find something else cause I’m not rich myself and my job isn’t what other people would consider the greatest but I would never act that way. Even when people are really rude like them I told them thank you and have a nice day. Do better cabinet guys! I didn’t want to have to redo my kitchen but Christmas my home flooded from a pipe in the ceiling. I didn’t come in there acting crazy I had a lost on the app of exactly what I needed and was ready to purchase. I didn’t take up your time not knowing measurements of what I needed. It was really rude and it needed to be told because you came out the start of it with a nasty attitude and then got a co worker in on it who was nice than you for sure. Maybe he didn’t want to help you because your rude and that’s why he went a whole opposite direction to checkout...
Read moreWent to have a key made here on 05/26/2021 the machine was down and the employees did it for me manually but seemed a little flustered because they had not ever used the manual machine and normally the auto machine kiosk was the normal way to do it. Found out it wasn’t working when my boss tried using it to open the office door the following day. It wasn’t a problem of the keys not working the problem was when I went back the following day 05/27/2021 there was an employee there working the key station servicing the key machine when I informed him the keys weren’t working that I had made he looked at them and said it’s not possible to do it because it was a copy and that you can’t make a copy of a copy of keys. I wasn’t trying to question his knowledge but I knew that hat wasn’t the case because we had made duplicates of the exact key I was trying to make a copy of so I asked if he was sure. He then said absolutely call a locksmith and they are similar in price to us (knowing that’s never the case, and I’m sure he knew that too) the employee didn’t even attempt to help me whatsoever just told me to checkout and get a refund. So I did what any person would do, I got my refund and went to Walmart and used their key machine and wouldn’t you know I have three functional keys that work from the copy of a copy this employee specifically stated wasn’t possible to copy. So with that being said had he just taken the time to at least try for the customer or put my mind at ease then maybe the experience could have been different. Plus having a cocky I know everything attitude is never the way to go especially when you aren’t factoring in the need of the business of the customer who comes to you for assistance, the gas it took to go out of the way for this inconvenience, and last the trust you just lost from a customer Because now they can’t rely on your judgement when it comes to the knowledge you have about the job. Customer service just isn’t what it used to...
Read moreTried to get installation through them. Appeared to be the worse company in Austin working with them. ARS Rescue Rooters. Question why? They have only bad reviews from REAL customers. The first day nobody was coming for estimate. After two days was going to store and next day person from ARS was calling and said that "someone she doesn't know who said appt was cancelled". Really?! Well, after days got them coming. Person tried to smash heavy working 50 gallons heater by turning it around when water heater was hard connected by copper pipes. Well, afterwards started proposing several types of work "so much needed" for installation. Asked why? Like elevation of water heater and creating the special drain outside of house by drilling hole in the wall. Asked where it was written? Said will call his boss. Boss seems to know nothing about it too and it took him time to find anything. It was enough time for me to dust our second car in garage, Ok stared telling something by the phone. Like plumbing code 507.5 and 507.13....Well said in simple words to tell price, got for water heater install will be between $1500 for cheapest to $3K better. Asked quote in written-he was running away. Opened internet to watch codes. People, there are no 507 extensions in Texas plumbing codes, He was reading California codes! There is nothing said about elevation of heater in Texas codes and for drain pipe said specific "Where a pan drain was not previously installed, a pan drain shall not be required for a replacement water heater installation." Shame for HD to be connected to...
