I just want to express that my experience with Best Buy credit card company has been horrible to say the least. Don’t trust your hard work and diligence with your financial preparations and steadiness with these folks. (Citibank) is the bank representing this company. We have a zero percent CC with Best Buy and have been a loyal paying customer, in which we pay more than the requirements to pay the debt sooner even with zero interest. However, we had to change our payment approach because of our bank being bought out. In this process on two different occasions while speaking with two different BB representatives on this account matter we were left in a situation that no one wants to be in. We made payments that were not successfully received by BB credit agency and even though receiving confirmation numbers to support payment both times, unfortunately we were told our payment was not made because our account number did not exist in their records. Ultimately, the representatives we spoke to did not put in our new account info correctly and after the second time we were told that it was taken care of and that no late fees were necessary and was assured that this would not happen again and that it will not reflect on us. Unfortunately, that statement was false because BB reported to the bureau that we had delinquent payment history, in which, directly impacted our future financial planning at this time. Although, acknowledging their mistake they can only report at the next available time they submit to the bureau before they could give us a letter admitting their mistake. So until that time we are having to pay the price for BB incompetent team. Please do not use BEst Buy credit and if so, be sure you do damage control consistently because everyone has a different version of the truth or how they might fix their (Best Buy) short comings. Although we could go pay the balance at this time, but that would only let them off the hook of excepting responsibility, IF they even possess that level of integrity as individuals and as a company. I for one will always boycott Best Buy moving forward. Be smarter...
Read moreWell, hello gang, I just came here to give my input on The poor service. Let’s start by my initial reaction when I came in here was wow it’s a small place. There’s not a lot of people in here. I walked around the store for about 10 minutes and I was finally approached by young lady with braids. I asked her about the exercise machine that I want to purchase and she had no experience with those so she radio in to other employees and she got no response so I told her don’t worry about it, I’ll just walk around after about 30 minutes. I started to see what everybody else in the comments has experienced and I couldn’t help myself but to get a little closer to the employees conversation and I noticed nobody cared to ask me did I need any help after circling around the guys at the Google station I started picking up items just to see if they would ask if I needed any help of course they didn’t so I took the picture. They’re just Hanging out. So I decided to buy one item, a pack of batteries While in line about another 10 minutes, and I turned around and one of the employees in this picture was thrusting and gesturing sort of a inappropriate manner I thought was Odd. This thrusting that he was doing immediately stopped once I turned around. I immediately felt DISGUSTED. The Individual happens to be in this photo. I’m sure those two ladies, both of African-American descent must be dealing with a lot of inappropriate behavior behind closed doors because if this happens on the sales floor, I can only imagine what happens when there’s no customers Insight. @bestbuy I have been a cardholder for over 7 years and it wasn’t until I bought those batteries that the thrusting individual realize that I was a loyal customer and a serious buyer that he decided to help me with my initial purchase. Last but not least I hope these individuals see this Post. No Customer or Employee should have to...
