I don’t usually write a review but this time I had to. The employee at Starbucks was beyond rude. Lord is rude even a word? When I say ugly attitude you should believe it. Simply I asked can I use my Starbucks card? She was like oh do you wanna pay or use your stars, I asked what do you mean because she was not clear about her question. She goes again” ARE YOU GONNA PAY OR USE YOUR STARS? Lord can I finish talking before you ask the same question over and over. All she had to do was ask if I wanted to use my reward, but that was not my question. All I asked if I could use my STARBUCKS CARD NOT A “REWARD” DUH… dumb as hell and LOUD. I know what is the difference between Starbucks reward or pay. I’ve been a Starbucks member since the dinosaurs so I knew exactly what I was talking about, but SHE chose to use all her UGLINESS instead of being polite. I DO NOT NEED THAT NEGATIVITY IN MY LIFE. Horrible customer service. Unfortunately, I don’t know her name that was this evening Oct the second 2023 please give her some training and teach how to be nice so next time she don’t use that ugly attitude with customers. If she hates her job quit then. Lucky she had me cuz I am nice if it was someone else they wouldn’t buy her rudeness they would’ve called the store manager ASAP. I just didn’t say anything cuz I didn’t want to match her negative energy. I still don’t understand why the ugliness when the store was empty literally I was the only customer. $7 dollars for a drink that tasted like plain garbage didn’t even add extra shot of espresso. Read morePoor. Poor customer service. Long story short, I've been searching for an item for my son for months (since toys r us had it, but closed) and I see that this target has it in stock. So I drive up there and look, to find nothing. No big deal, i was mentally prepared for it to not be there, because I know the app and actual in store inventory could be off. The problem was the help I received or lack there of. After asking the gentleman if he could just check in the back to see if it's there, he said they are not allowed to. That the leaders of target get mad if they go in the back and search for items. I was taken back by that statement. You arent allowed to assist your customers? As he could see that I was growing visibly angry for the lack of effort he was giving me, he told me he could go back and take a look "for a minute". I'm SO sorry I'm expecting people to do their jobs. I declined any further assistance from this guy, as I know he would have just went to the back and not looked and then would have just came out to tell me he couldn't find it. I'm so angry about the lack of care this guy had....not even target itself, because every other person that passed me, said hi or how are you..
BUT on a bright note, he did suggest that I could just order it online.....you mean instead of you actually looking in the back for me, I should just order it online?!? Its 2018, I know I can order it online, but I came here because it said it was in stock and I needed it now, not in 14 business days. Get better help Target.

Read moreThis was near the worst experience in a target. First though, the people were all kind. No issues there.
I walked in about a quarter to 8pm and there were no carts inside. None. So, I had to walk back outside with my service animal and grab one. This was not a one off miss with bad timing. I stayed near the entrance for 45 minutes because my wife loves to go through everything in the bargain bins (all husband's know my pain), and not a single cart was brought in. It is now 10:10pm and no carts inside.
The other thing that made this an absolutely awful experience was how messy everything was. Empty racks I get because it's the holiday season, but boxes thrown haphazardly in the isles an items just thrown on displays. It was a disaster.
The only thing that made the trip decent was the staff's attitudes. They were quite possibly the most cheerful group of people that I have encountered this shopping season. Their attitudes and smiles almost made me forget my...
