As a Google reviewer, I have to commend this store. For the first time, I brought my King Shepard to use the Pet Washing Station. I was very happy to find it neat and clean. The rubber apron was clean the towels were rolled the variety of Shampoos and nourishing conditioners were good quality. I brought my own nail clippers, undercoat brush and cottonballs for her ears. The dryer's were amazing because it was strong enough to separate her hair to allow me to inspect her skin. This was an added plus because for those of you that know what an undercoat entiles, you will love this feature. People that came into the store were able to watch if they wanted. Another plus was you didn't have to wash n dry the used towels with all that hair and for courtesy purposes, you cleaned up your immediate area but the staff does the rest. They also have another gate entrance to decrease pet reactiveness. Then, you pay 10 bucks and walk out with your clean fur baby that's ready to roll and get dirty once again.
How great can that be? Just ask your dog.

Read moreNot happy with this store lately. First of all, they sell many different types of Lizards, yet they are constantly out of crickets, which are ued to feed many breeds of Lizards. Secondly, their crickets keep shrinking and they do nothing about the price. I got 5 dozen "large" that they explained we're more like a "medium sized cricket," yet even after I asked them to please recount the bag and give me the "bigger" crickets, there were over 20 in the bag that we're about the size of my pinky finger nail(MAYBE A HALF AN INCH LONG.) I asked at the counter for some type of discount or anything to make up for the "mini" crickets, but they told me they couldn't help me and I had to pay full price.🤷♀️🤔🙄 I paid what I had to so our Lizards could eat, but come on now! What happened to customer service? When an establishment CLEARLY KNOWS THEY ARE SELLING AN INFERIOR PRODUCT, they could AT LEAST double the amount given OR OFFER A DISCOUNT. THESE crickets we're like selling a baby mouse, but CHARGING the customer the price for a...
Read moreI would give this store zero stars, if that were an option. My son and I visited here today and upon entering we noticed the store was very nice and neat, so I'll give them that, we finally found the reptile section and began to browse. We were never greeted, never acknowledged, asked if we needed help. I noticed 2 young ladies working in the store, they were busy not really working but discussing their latest gossip. We were in the store easily 15 minutes, couldn't find what I was looking for and so we decided to leave, and head for petco. As we left the building one of the girls said bye but in a snarky tune. SO SORRY that we as customers inconvenience you ladies by interrupting your chatter, I do not foresee this company staying in business for much longer. People buy from people they like and from what I have read and what I've seen, this is something this store does not supply...
