I currently live in Palm Bay, and actually only recently moved to Florida back in November 2024. I am a Philly native, and immediately following High School I joined the USAF. Being in the military means you move around...A LOT. While yes, the military does handle everything for your move from the costs to logistics to travel tickets/per diem...moving is still extremely stressful and I would imagine almost everyone feels the exact same way. My first duty station was overseas in the UK, and I was stationed there for 5 years. It's stressful enough moving down the street, try a different country AND continent lol. Eventually, I left the UK and moved to Denver, CO. After a while I moved down to Colorado Springs, CO which is just about an hour south of Denver. From there, I did a DITY move cross-country to lovely Florida.
Every single time I have moved I have always been stressed, high-strung, anxiety-ridden. I will be relocating to Titusville soon, and looking for a new apartment is, you guessed it..stressful.
Fortunately, I came across the DREAM Space Coast apartment complex, and went and toured the grounds as well as several units today May 14, 2025. If you're like me, then you read reviews about the important things. Not things like which brand of paper towels is better, but things like which car you are going to buy, where you are going to live, which school to send your children, etc etc.At first glance of the reviews for this place, I was definitely shocked. From their website, it looks to be like such a lovely and beautiful property, definitely one that looks enticing and makes you wanna move in and live there. So when I saw reviews for terrible management or terrible service or horrible living conditions, I really didn't know what to think.
I am very glad I did not believe the reviews I saw online and decided to go in person for a tour.
Everything from the main lobby to the grand room to some of the hallways and especially the units themselves, just made me already want to live there. From the outside, the property does not look the nicest as you're driving down US-1 and passing it. But once you actually decide to pull into the parking lot, go inside the building itself, take a look around at what it offers, and soak in the beautiful vastness of the lake, the launchpads, a clear view of JFK Space Center, I instantly knew that I had truly found my DREAM apartment, pun intended.
I need to give a HUGE shoutout to Cristina, Alexis, Kelsey, and their district(?) manager(I unfortunately did not get her name).
Cristina was not only my leasing agent for the day, but was my extremely knowledgeable and personable tour guide. The passion that she alone has behind her career comes across in a way that gives you all the warm fuzzy feelings. During the tour, she mentioned about how she is an individual of high integrity, and I knew then I could trust her. Not only was she able to communicate thoroughly and concisely, but she was able to answer every single one of my questions without skipping a beat.
The property itself has a huge history behind it, and like all things, is always striving for improvement. I came to DREAM today wanting to fall in love with the place and I did. I even applied for an apartment today and I cannot wait to move in!
The staff and management at DREAM Space Coast made me feel like I was already home, and for the very first time I did not experience any anxiety, worry, stress, or fear about moving to my new apartment.
In closing, I believe you should love where you live and love where you work. I can say without a shadow of doubt that I will love living here, and the staff/leasing agents love working here, and altogether that makes for an amazing experience when living in an apartment complex such as DREAM Space Coast. I have not moved in yet, and this is just my initial review. I will follow up with another one after I have moved in and review that experience as well.
If you have read this far, and you are looking for an apartment in Titusville FL, DREAM Space Coast is where you...

To Whom It May Concern,
I am writing to formally address a critical and unaddressed habitability issue concerning my residence at the Dream Space Coast. While I have generally enjoyed my tenancy here for the past two years, establishing a positive relationship with previous management and maintenance teams, the current situation has deteriorated to an unacceptable and potentially hazardous level.
Following my recent relocation from a studio to a two-bedroom unit in the North Tower, I began experiencing severe and persistent moisture infiltration. This issue has manifested as water penetration through the walls and ceiling, leading to significant damage to my personal property, including wall-mounted furniture. More critically, it has resulted in the pervasive growth of mold and bacteria throughout the unit.
I promptly initiated a maintenance request and engaged with the former management team regarding these concerns. We mutually agreed upon a temporary relocation and a comprehensive abatement plan to rectify the issue. Regrettably, despite these prior agreements and the passage of several months, the underlying problem remains entirely unresolved.
The recent transition in regional management, which involved the departure of personnel familiar with my case, has unfortunately created a significant barrier to continuity and resolution. This protracted exposure to a compromised living environment is particularly alarming as my eight-month-old child resides in the unit. Her pediatrician has formally advised that the pervasive mold growth renders the unit uninhabitable for an extended period, posing a direct and serious health risk.
My subsequent attempts to inform the current management team of this ongoing crisis have been met with a concerning lack of acknowledgment. Following a single thermal inspection, I was informed that the moisture issue was deemed non-existent, a conclusion that directly contradicts the visible evidence and my family's ongoing experience. Furthermore, a formal request for a seven-day cure of the moisture problem and mold growth was submitted, which was unfortunately not met within the specified deadline.
Given the severity, prolonged duration, and health implications of this unresolved issue, I am compelled to explore all available avenues for resolution. Please be advised that if immediate and effective action is not taken to rectify this situation, I will formally escalate this matter by contacting the Better Business Bureau, the local Health Department, and Code Enforcement authorities. I am also in communication with other residents who appear to be experiencing similar issues, which may lead to collective action if individual concerns remain unaddressed.
I urge you to prioritize this urgent matter and provide a concrete plan of action for immediate and comprehensive remediation. I await your prompt response to discuss a definitive...
Read moreWeâre retired professionals who relocated to the area after selling our home to downsize. Weâve been up and down the East Coast of Florida looking for the right place with the kind of water view and amenities we want and need. After much searching, we finally found Dream Space Coast. At the time, we had no idea about the illustrious and nation-defining history of the building itself. Originally constructed in the mid-60s, the two-tower complex was built directly across the Indian River from the Kennedy Space Center to ferry aerospace professionals to the epicenter of the Space Race. The building has undergone an extensive $22 million revamp and upgrade through DLP Capital, which respected and maintained the historic significance of the towers. It is now a reimagined showplace in which to live and to witness not only NASA launches but also launches of SpaceX, Blue Origin, Lockheed Martin, and more. The site is on the National Register of Historic Places, which appeals to us, but it also has state-of-the-art upgrades, private yoga and Pilates studio, an elevator, a gorgeous pool, a riverfront dog park (we are dog lovers đž), a Starbucks coffee bar, a game room⌠the list goes on. Jessica Trapp, the leasing agent with whom we worked, is a joy in every sense of the word. We cannot wait to take occupancy, begin our retirement in such a lovely building that is steeped in American pride and history, and further enrich our lives through the myriad classes and other activities planned and provided by DLP. We knew what we wanted, but after searching for so long and coming up short, we thought weâd have to make compromisesâand then we found Dream Space Coast. We...
