I would love to give additional details on my horrible experience. I wish I could actually give this store 0 stars. First let me start by saying my initial in store experience was very positive. The store manager initially helped me pick the mattress I chose along with box spring. However he did not complete the transaction he passed me off to his colleague Rosa and from this point on my experience has turned into a nightmare. 1. Rosa entered the incorrect mattress that we ordered (likely through a misunderstanding when her colleague related the information to her). 2. She told me if I purchased a mattress protector from them they would wave the deliver fee (which is 99 dollars). When the bed was delivered we instantly knew it was the incorrect bed. Additionally the box spring was not included and I Was charged the 99 delivery fee. When I called the store to discuss this Rosa was extremely defensive and rude. I requested she have a manager call me back. Mind you we had to miss an in office day of work for this delivery since the window is multiple hours. Rosa returned my call, not a manager, and explained they were going to exchange the bed for the correct one and wave the delivery fee as I was initially promised. Rosa was unable to get me a delivery time in the 2 days following our conversation and I explained we were going out of town sat - sat and would not be able to receive the delivery of the correct mattress until Saturday June 7th after 10am. She assured me this was not an issue. Come June 6th I called Ross to confirm my correct mattress would be delivered. She confirmed yes and said we should have gotten an email regarding the refund of the delivery fee for 99 dollars. I did NOT receive this delivery fee refund instead I received a 25 dollar refund which I have no idea what that is for. Rosa once again said she would look into this. Late in June 6th I received a notification our new mattress would be delivered between 830 and 1130 and we were number 3 on the delivery list. There was no number to call and change this time however there was a note saying the delivery people would call ten minutes before delivery. At 820 on June 7th before the delivery time frame I received a call from the corporate office saying the delivery individuals were at my home. I explained we were not there as I already explained to Rosa. The woman said there was nothing she could do but reschedule us (first available time is Tuesday). I explained my child need a mattress sooner than that and if they couldnāt deliver today then weād like a refund as this experience has been very negative overall. Lastly I asked what the refund process as at this point Iād like to just go to another company for a more positive experience and she told me they donāt have a refund policy so now Iām waiting on a call back from the district manager. I went in to see Jason who sold me the mattress in March and informed him I wanted to return it. Unfortunately the next week the store shut bc of COVID which I donāt blame them for. When they opened back up in May I called and spoke to Jason and he said heād call me back. After not hearing from him I called again 2 weeks later. This time there was a technical issue he was dealing with and I was told he couldnāt accept the return and that heād call me back. I waited about another month and tried calling him in July. I left a message with Walter when I was told Jason wasnāt in. Another month went by and I tried calling again. Jason was not in and I left another message. Guess what? You guessed it - he never called me back! I finally got hold of him in September (thank God Nectar has a 365 day return policy) and was told what I needed to get a return from them. I brought the documents in to the store the following week and Jason told me it would take about 6-10 days for the credit to show up on my credit card. 2 weeks later and no credit has been refunded to my card. Jason promised he would follow up with a phone call. He lied to my face. I have never gotten a return call from him when he promised to do so. This has been the worst experience ever in dealing with any retailer. When I saw Jason in person he agreed 100% that he was at fault and poorly handled things and promised he would follow up and yet he still hasnāt followed up. I didnāt want to leave a negative review and even considered purchasing a replacement mattress with Mattress Warehouse at first. I passed the exit ended up making a u turn and seen this place mattress warehouse we went in and were immediately greeted by Daniel. Who was not by far a pushy sales person. He asked if we had any questions and we took it from there. My mom was shopping for a new mattress due to having osteoporosis and body aches. Daniel went into detail about several of the mattresses that he recommended š. I was lost and had my mom bouncing from one to another testing. But Daniel encouraged my mom to try them and then asked her to try the ones he recommended which was awesome. Daniel was amazing 𤩠in detail. Explaining to my mom the health reasons as to which mattress would help her due to her situation. He wasnāt trying to make money off of an old lady. He was sincerely concerned for her well sleeping. I will definitely šÆ recommend this place to everyone. Especially after I went to Bobs furniture store for my mattress and now I truly feel robbed for my money. I was just a sale. No one had my best interest as Daniel did with my mom. Also he even gave us heads up that because the mattresses were designed by chiropractors my moms health insurance may cover some of the cost. By submitting the receipt to her health ins. I learned so much off of this one visit. Daniel has an amazing vibe. He helped my mom get a great buy within her budget. He wasnāt trying to squeeze my mom into anything. He gave a lot of options. I left the store feeling like a little kid. Like my mom was getting a new toy.
