The second I arrived I was greeted with smiles and welcoming words. Not only was I treated like family but my daughter was also treated like family.

Anyway, I bought a legitimate yellow gold Rolex Sky Dweller with the black dial. Spending $60K on a watch and having the best experience to go with it exceeded my expectation of visiting Labelle.

Rob & Labelle Jewelry has definitely earned an A+ from me! A couple friends and my business partner spoke very highly of Rob which meant a lot given I am out of state. My business partner and I were in the market for two Rolexes. Rob was extremely accommodating and patient with giving me pricing on several models, both new and used, and never being pushy. Ultimately we decided on two new gold Submariners and I’m very happy with my purchase. Rob overnighted the watch immediately, provided tracking and was quick to follow up with UPS when there was an error on UPS’s end.

Usually with excellent pricing there is some sacrarice on service but that was not the case here. Price + Service = A+. I generally do not write reviews unless I had either a very poor experience that wasn’t corrected, or had an experience that truly warrants praise. I’m happy to say this is in the latter category.
