I have been with Manny for years. I have never left disappointed, always 100% satisfied. Bella. Kim, Cathy and Manny do their best to make each customer happy. I agree that you do have to wait, even with an appointment, but as I said they donât rush with anyone and with the beautiful and crazy designs people ask for, it takes extra time to do them to the customers satisfaction. I need to add to my review. I had an appointment yesterday and asked Manny to do the pink and white I had done for a long time over a year ago. Of course he did what I wanted. When I left I hated it, no fault of Mannyâs. I have been doing an OmbrĂ© for a year now and to switch back to what I had in the past I realized that wasnât for me anymore. I went back later on and told him I donât like it. He asked me what do you want to do. It was after 8pm , the salon was closed and I told him what I wanted. Without hesitation he told me to sit down and redid my nails to what I loved. This was after hours, after working for 11 hours already and would not take any money from me for changing what I didnât didnât like to what I really loved. I have been a loyal customer since the days when they worked at Galaxy in the mall, when Ashley and her husband owned the business. I always appreciated the respect and attention given to customers during that time. Unfortunately, my recent experiences have not reflected that same standard.
It is incredibly frustrating to schedule an appointment, only to be passed off to someone else or to find the staff unavailable because they are eating or caught up in other activities. Each time I arrive, it feels as though my time is not valued, and there has been no acknowledgment or apology for the inconvenience.
Ashley and Sunny demonstrated genuine respect for their customers, which I believe is essential for any business. I urge Bella and Manny to remember that with success comes the responsibility to treat every customer with kindness and respect. If not, they risk losing the goodwill that they currently enjoy.
Customer service matters, and a little consideration can go a long way. I hope they take this...

They did my sisterâs nails so thin that they broke so she got them fixed because it hasnât even been a week and they tried charging her $40 and took off all of her nails and redid them when she just asked to fix them they forced her to pay before she left when she tried to explain to them that theyâre supposed to fix it for free because thatâs what they were making it seem like⊠they took a vantage of my younger sister, because she didnât understand them.. theyâve also made me wait over an hour and a half even though I had appointments. I made an appointment for 1031 day and they didnât take me until 12 that is totally unacceptable and when I got upset they made it seem like I was the problem.
