JWS Electronics Repair - Phone and Computer repair — Attraction in Town of Babylon

I recently dropped my phone and cracked the screen. I Googled "phone screen repair" and Wireless shack came up first. The initial phone call was very professional. The staff is cordial, gave me a price quote on the service ($230) and told me that they would get the part into the store within the week. That was 3 weeks ago.

I called several times inquiring about whether the part had come in. The staff never got angry at my persistent phone calls, so they remain professional in their customer service. It's that professionalism that I don't give them a one star review. I cannot give a higher review because it's been 3 weeks and my phone screen is still broken. I cannot grade a service I never received.

Maybe it's just bad luck or covid restrictions complicating the logistics of acquiring the part but I am going to look elsewhere for getting my...
