L & T Nails — Attraction in Town of Babylon

Received a mani / pedi. I had booked an appt with specific people based on reviews however was switched and ended up with another nail artist. She used a lot of acetone to remove my dip powder and I kept telling her it burned. I’ve never had my nails soaked in acetone for 45 min to remove dip. She wanted to focus on the pedicure which is why she didn’t remove my nails from the dip and kept saying it wasn’t ready nor offer any alternatives. She didn’t seem to care at all that my fingers were burning.

My nails were very long and I said I wanted them short, however rather than slowly figure out how short she literally chopped off my pinky nail the shortest it could go and then said “this short?” Too late to do anything about it now. So my nails are now little nubs.

The mani lasted 12 hr and started to chip. In total it costs $52 plus $2 credit card charge they don’t inform you about. Cash tip only. I’m very unsatisfied especially since all my nails are now chipped and found this to be very expensive for the quality. I understand regular polish chips quickly but for all nails to chip within...

I have been going to L&T Nails for two years now and before that I kept trying different nail salons and I was never satisfied. I kept getting tips put on and they always broke. My real nails never grew and all I did was throw money away. Alla and her staff made me feel so welcomed when I started using L&T. If you like nail designs and I do, I recommend you have Ivanna do your nails. She enjoys what she does and will never turn down a design! Now I can finally say my nails are all mine with the assistance of Alla and Ivanna. They never break or chip and they last for a month, so in the long run I’m saving money. The nail salon itself is clean and beautiful. For autism awareness day, which is April 2nd and for autism awareness month I decided to get the puzzle design and Ivanna did an amazing job with it! So, it's pretty obvious this nail salon does not need any more business! This place came recommended by a family member so I figured let me give it a try. NO!!! I walked in, No good morning, No Hello! Until I said "Good Morning" The person sitting at the 1st table looked at me Up and down & did not say anything! No one asked what service I needed, So I said "Can I get an manicure/pedicure" person says "WE HAVE NO TIME" I was pretty taken back because that's not the normal response from a nail salon! So I said "Nothing at all today?, Like I can't wait?" Person tell me "it's going to be a long wait" doesn't even tell me how long Until I asked her "ok how long" she says "1 hour" I said ok and walked out".
