Lila Lash and Beauty — Attraction in Town of Babylon

Well I can not say enough positive things about Lila Lash and Beauty! They are above and beyond kind respectful, very knowledgeable on lashes and the process. Made sure I was feeling ok. They are super clean and definitely Covid safe meaning following all the rules and regulations required this is extremely important to me! My lashes look absolutely beautiful and have been getting compliments left and right! I've seen many women get their eye lashes done and I always ask where they have gone and I know that it wasn't at Lila's you can almost see the glue or gel coming off after only a week or 2( I ask how long they have them on) It almost looks like the person who did them did not even care how the client looked a week later! I will recommend Lila Lash and Beauty to anyone needing lashes done! On top of the Elyssa who did my lashes and is amazing and knows her stuff probably with her eyes closed...the others girls are sweet and down to earth too. And I almost forgot Alex who is one of the owners actually asked if I was satisfied! These people are going to make it big! They are so young and knowledgeable. They care about the clients and business! Thank you Lila Lash Beauty...for making all of us clients...

The appointment process is quick and easy, the front desk is always very kind. The atmosphere is relaxing, clean, and very comfortable. The lash techs are pleasant and nice to speak with.

My first experience was immediately rectified. I had gotten my first set from Lila and was disappointed the glue didn’t hold up after just a week. Perhaps it was because I had a newer lash tech (who was actually very kind.) I have gotten extensions before so was surprised they were coming off so quickly.

I sent an email expressing my disappointment and they immediately booked me to have it re-done by the owner for free. This time it lasted as expected and she even recommended an even more flattering shape for my eyes and face.

I’ve been getting my extensions consecutively re-filled at Lila.

I can’t say enough how much I love this place! Not only is it beautiful inside but everyone who works there has extensive training and knowledge in lashing. I went to Ashley N to get my lashes done. I had lashes once before and my experience with Ashley at Lila lash was night and day compared to my first experience at a different lash place. Her attention to detail is spectacular. I didn’t know what kind of set would suit my eye shape and she was able to create a look that perfectly suited me and my eyes.
