My friend has always come to buy her shoes here. One day walking around with her, we came in. She bought a pair of sneakers recommended for her type of feett, and I took the opportunity to ask the salesperson for a recommendation too. I was very satisfied with the recommendation so decided to buy the sneakers even though I didn't need new shoes. He told me they were on-sale from $140 to $120. I pais $130.35 with tax. Came home I realized there was a sticker at the bottom on one shoe that said they were on-sale for $109. My friend said oh honest mistake. The salesperson didn't know the price. I said Ok, I called and explained the issue. The guy said, he understood but asked me to come in to the store. I said it was as a matter of giving credit for the difference or cancel the first transaction and charge me the correct amount. He said he was going to do so and call me back. Never heard back from them. So I disputed the amount with my credit card company. He immediately called my friend. My friend told me and I called them back. But instead of apologizing for the extra charge or for not calling me back or for not fixing the issue. The person accused me of not wanting to pay for the shoes.
