Marilyn Nails — Attraction in Town of Babylon

I've been to Marilyn Nails twice the first time sold me, which is why I returned. I moved to Lindenhurst, so I was looking around for the best nail salons. I've run across some fails. I didn't want to continue traveling back and forth to Nassau to do my nails. I found Marilyn Nails on a good search. The pictures sold me, so I had to try it. It's not a big place, but you do feel comfortable. The pricing is amazing!!. 1st time I didn't know what I wanted, just was sure of the color. She matched my exact toe colors to my nails by mixing colors together. Then, when she asked for a design I wanted, I said freestyle, and she did that and added stones. I loved it!! Found Marilyn after being to different places to get my nails done, I immediately felt in love with the beautiful place and her personality. I’ve been doing my nails here for sometime now and I’m always happy. Would never go anywhere else, I absolutely love this place all the girls are very friendly and simply amazing to be around with. I always get the best manicures and pedicures here. I travel 45 minutes to see them and never disappoints. You can always bring your own designs or she can make whatever you desire. All the girls are very talented, dedicated and good listeners they would make sure you get exactly what you want every time. Professional service...

Today, the day before Mother’s Day, with a 2:30pm appointment, my mom had wait 4 and half hours for her nail tech (the owner, Marilyn) to attend her. Marilyn was still working on another prior appointment, her 1pm, and my mom was placated with her pedicure first. Which she had wait for an hour and half for her turn. This in turn became 3 hours’ wait for Marilyn to finally tell my mom she could work on her set which by then my mom was over it. This is honestly ridiculous how someone is basically waitlisted for own her appointment. Horrible management of intersecting appointments. If I could give less...
