Marshalls — Attraction in Town of Batavia

First off, shout out to Jenna, the manager. This tale starts off with my bag being lost/stolen in downtown buffalo. I get a phone call from my pharmacy is the rite aide on main street in the heart of downtown buffalo yesterday saying that the bag that I lost while shopping in Batavia has been found and is at Marshalls. A few days prior I accepted a ride from someone who stopped at a store on the way. I go in and when I came, the vehicle wad gone and nowhere in sight. It was not the loss of the expensive backpack I was having a hard time accepting, it was the loss of the other items such as the medication my insurance would not be willing to pay For refills for a few weeks. A court of days later s get a call from my pharmacy explaining that my bag is in Batavia. The next day I called and talked to Jenna, who I told what had happened to me. Having not the means to make it to Batavia, she told me not only will she FedEx to me but will overnight it to me. Jenna, you must be a true asset to your company and whomever you come in contact with. From the bottom of my heart I truly thank you. Corporate greed is killing this country!! I take my daughter shopping for her birthday at this store and she happens to find a top she very much likes only to find an ugly makeup stain directly on the front of it. Couldn't find another this was the only one of this top we could find, she really wanted it so we thought they would at the very least give a discount for THEIR MERCHANDISE BEING STAINED. Went to purchase the item and asked for a discount due to the stain, the manager was called up front briefly looked at the item and said I'm sorry no we do not do discounts for this. I laughed and said to my daughter I wouldn't buy it, she really wanted it anyway so we bought it. The moral of the story is Marshall's and all you big MULTI BILLION DOLLAR COMPANIES need to stop with their corporate greed it's absolutely disgusting and makes me sick, I used to love Marshall's now I will go elsewhere with my business!! Marshall's you should be ashamed of yourselves I'm a struggling single mom and you couldn't cut me a price break on YOUR STAINED ITEMS ABSOLUTELY...

This is one of the nicest Marshall's I've ever shopped. The store is spacious, spotless, and sorted well. The layout isn't exactly like the others I've been in before, but with the signs, it's easy enough to find what you're looking for.

I have only been here a few times. I honestly forget about Batavia as a viable shopping option, but it's not too far away, the parking is easier in this small town, and the stores are rarely packed. Such was the case at 3pm on Christmas Eve.

This Marshall's still looked pristine the day before Christmas. Tell me what other discount department store you can say that about!

The bathroom is very roomy & clean, but one soap dispenser was empty and the other was very, very, very low. I think I may have used up the last bit, and it was barely enough for one person.
