There is parking here, free after 430, which the girl on duty at 415 when we pulled up, was kind to tell us. Otherwise $5 for parking. Plenty of light still left on a summer day! There is a swimming area and nice Beach with a lifeguard until 430. There is a dock that you can put in a kayak next to and the swimming kids can jump from. Read moreI played pickleball here while I was in the Lake George area. The locals were very welcoming and I was able to paddle up and play. They start at around 8am and by 11am it had thinned out, so get there early. In addition, there's a paid parking lot, but if you get there before 8:30am, you can park for free. Be aware, tennis and pickleball share courts, so one morning one of the tennis courts was used for kids tennis lessons, which took 2 of the 4 pickleball courts. Read moreSmall beach, clear clean water- almost feels like the ocean. Parking ($5 to get in) can get tight but we have never not found a spot. The cars are close to the beach so it's easy to get all your beach goods from car to sand. Super family and kid friendly- water goes to like 5.5ft before the rope- great for kids.
