Lakeview Trading Co — Local services in Town of Bolton

Bought a shirt there. Marked $20 She rang it up $22. When I realized it I asked why and the lady at the counter got very nasty and said every shirt that is 2xl is always $2 more. That's every place you go and you should know that.

When I said I did not know that and did not see a sign she got very nasty and started showing me signs around the store then said she felt I was trying to get over on her. I was very insulted and would never shop there again and tell everyone the rudeness of the employee there.

This is not a way to speak to customers and hopefully she was an employee and not the owner. Terrible terrible...

After reading previous reviews, I actually went here to see how rude they really were. Needless to say, I had a totally different experience. We were greeted right away with a smile and "welcome" saying if we needed anything to just ask. Had no intention on buying a Tshirt but ended up buying two. Clerk asked if she could help us find another size and even looked in the back for the size and color we wanted. When she couldn't find what we were looking for she was sincerely disappointed she could get us what we wanted. Ended up being a very pleasant experience and even had a short chat about where we were from and what there was...

We stopped here on our way out of town to pick up some souvenirs for our family back home. The shop owner greeted us with a smile and mentioned to ask for any help if needed. I explained I was looking for a few sweatshirts, crewneck specifically with minimal graphics about Lake George. Boy did she go over and above. They had exactly what we were looking for in all sizes, colors, and fonts. 10/10 would recommend anyone to stop by for their trinkets and gifts. I also found a great Lake George...
