Chicos has been one of my favorite stores since 2007, but even more so now that I am retired. The clothes are beautiful, fun, colorful, unique, whimsical, and very well made. You feel pretty wearing their stuff, plus you get compliments from others. Their sizing number system is unique. What I like about it most, is my size with them will always fit no matter what I purchase. They have a staff that is very customer focused, and for me that is very important. If there is an item that I like, and the boutique doesn't have it in my size, they will go online, locate it and send it to me free of charge! A special shout out goes to my favorite staff members Susan and Irma in Lincolnshire, Illinois for their fabulous above and beyond customer service level. Chicos has a Customer Service line that is available 7:00 AM to 1:00 AM EST, seven days a week. They have weekly Facebook Fashion shows which are engaging and fun. They use their very own customers and employees to model their clothes. They are all various sizes, and they tell you the size of the item that they are wearing. On line you can read the customers reviews on their clothes, and add your own personal reviews plus a photo of your new outfit if you would like. Chicos also has a book club for their customers. Your purchases at Chicos always lead to rewards for discounts. If you sign up at the boutique, you will receive 5 percent off every purchase you make with Chicos whether it's a full priced item, sale, or final sale. Read moreI should have posted this a few months ago. However, I never expected to be treated so rudely. And trying to exchange something that was given to me as a gift by my mother. She purchased like a cardigan thin cover up? Anyway she bought it before my knee surgery she forgot to give it to me for christmas. Because she could not stand where she placed it. When I finally received it, it was obviously four or five months passed. Tags are all hanging on it. Tissue paper in the original bag, when they looked at it, they said there's no way they could take it back or give me and store credit. I explained the situation.It shows that it was bought on sale. I asked, is there any way you could just even give me a discount off of it? So I can apply it towards something else. They were very rude in a snotty way. As they were better than me, they said, sorry we can't do anything for you. That's not our issue. I have never been treated like that before.
