Kenneth P. LaValle Athletic Stadium — Attraction in Town of Brookhaven

SBU 2024 Graduation! The Stonybrook University main Commencement start time was 11 am with grad students arriving at 10am to line up. We weren't sure how bad parking was going to be so we decided to arrive super early. When we arrived we decided to go to parking lot 3 which is right in front of stadium not being sure if they were going to let us park in that lot. Lucky us! The security guard said we can park anywhere that didn't have a red cone as that was reserved for VIPs. I was super excited about that. When we got to the entrance gate they wouldn't let us in as it was too early this was about 9am. We went and got breakfast on campus and came back. We manage to get good seats or seats of our choosing and enjoyed the festivities. The weather was super nice which was a bonus. Congrats to all...

Told me to dump my water bottle with no explanation, said I can refill inside. Ok I go inside and the concession lady is rude and told me she can’t fill my water bottle while I see a water machine behind her.

Are you doing this so people are forced to buy a $3.50 Dasani water bottle? What is the point? How much in insurance would it cost the school if I passed out due to dehydration...

This is the stadium for you Albany. Although their football season was a little down this year it was still very entertaining to go see. Prices are a little high for the beverages but they have to make money somehow. Go Great Danes. You'll get them next...
