Arnor Crepes & Bubble Tea Stony Brook — Restaurant in Town of Brookhaven

I went on a weekend and got a crepe with ice cream and fruit in it. The crepe in its entirety was ok, but the coconut ice cream was pretty good. The customer service here is not it. I walked in, said hi and was greeted with two college students staring blankly at me not saying a word. I proceeded to order in awkward silence, no thank you from them or anything. The crepe was made quickly, since there were no other customers. I understand these are just college students trying to make some money, but wow I was surprised how terrible the service was. There was an issue with my order and no apology was made when notified. They just took my crepe and added the missing thing. I would've given a better rating, but the customer service really ruined it...

We ordered 5 teas which were fine, and also ice cream, strawberry, and vanilla with cookies. The strawberry flavor was fine and I ate it, when I got to the vanilla flavor it was full of chunks of ice, and a bad aftertaste of cardboard. This indicates that the ice cream has not been stored properly or is not fresh. I approached the seller and explained the problem to her, and she said that the ice cream was definitely not expired and there was nothing she could do. So I left it on the counter. I didn't get my money back, I didn't get another ice cream instead. I was just ignored. I will never return to this place and I suggest you do not enter there. No customer deserves...

I’m updating my review because I don’t know if they changed ownership or what happened. But now the crepes are pretty awful. Not necessarily flavor wise but they don’t fill them! They just do a squirt of Nutella on top with a little of the fruit you asked for. It tastes so bready and you don’t get a satisfying mouthful. It’s a rip off. They changed the special shell they used to do too. Never coming back.
