Chocology is my favorite shop to visit over the weekend! As a student at the university, being on campus over the weekend can be incredibly boring. From the moment I first walked into this shop, however, the owner, Linda was incredibly warm and welcoming. It made me feel right at home. Not only is she incredibly sweet, but she also has a wealth of knowledge about chocolate that adds a special touch to the experience.

She explained to me and my partner the art of tasting and then gave us both a piece of chocolate to taste based off our preferences. The chocolate in her store is incredibly high-quality and each bar is incredibly unique. She, then, took the time to explain the origins and flavors of each type, making the tasting even more enjoyable.

If you ever visit, you have to try her fudge. It is so creamy and each flavor is so lovely! (My favorite is the Creme Brulee :)).
