Me and wife had bad experience with an unprofessional and rude healthcare worker (late 60's blue eyes, short brown tomboy hairdo) my wife is Asian and has a hard time with medical terminology and wanted me to help her fill out questionnaire on laptop. The above rude Lady hastily took the laptop away and told me I can't help and locked my wife in a separate room. Maybe there are hipa laws? But regardless ....her crappy attitude and unprofessionalism (didn't kindly explain why) was a turn off especially when we were going out of our way to donate blood to help someone in need and then have to deal with a trashy staff member.
