Traveled up to Caz for lunch after spotting this place. Food looked delicious, and the photos on Maps looked cozy.
We were struck by the atmosphere... no music, incredibly quiet, and staff sitting in the small dining area made it almost impossible to have a conversation without whispering or feeling awkward.
Our server and chef were both very attentive, but unfortunately it took a very long time between the first and last dish to come out - I thought they may have forgotten my second roll for a while.
The redeeming factor was the food: the sushi was fresh and plated well. I would recommend the basic rolls; the deluxe left more to be desired for the price compared to other places in Oneida and Syracuse.

We went inside and there was no one to be found. We went to the back entrance and it was open but no one was there. We waited until 12:45pm and still no one was there. I called several times and it went to voicemail. My family members got disgusted, and we went to the Lincoln house instead and we had a good lunch. The hours are 12-2, and no one was there.
