Caz Pizza — Restaurant in Town of Cazenovia

The food is and always has been pretty darn good but this was my first time here in years and just have a few minor suggestions. Hire a waitress. We had to get up about 10 times to get stuff for ourselves. You're missing an opportunity to give the town more jobs and give your customers the opportunity to sit down and relax. Also, I ordered my wings with celery, nothing was said, they came out without, I went to the counter (again) and was told no celery. Really? $18 for ten wings and I got a little throwaway kens blue cheese and no celery? Geesh. We also ordered what they said was a small personal pan pizza for my five year old and out comes this massive thing that was too big and expensive for what I needed. The same thing happened when I ordered half of a salad bc there's no side salad on the menu. Out comes this giant salad with broccoli (wth?) and it was overkill, lettuce cut way too big and portion too big, again with a tiny ken's dressing. I would really suggest a kids menu, maybe do what other places do and have crayons and the menu on a paper coloring page for them. On a positive note, the pizza was great, the pizza Roll was amazing, the place was clean, and it was nice to bring our kid back to a place we enjoyed so...

The food is ok. I've had multiple issues here though and honestly poor customer service. My order has been wrong in the past. Another time they completely forgot a part of the order to which I had to wait an additional 20 minutes on top of the long wait time for them to make the misplaced piece. I gave them yet another chance and this current time I ordered a large pizza and 10 wings. I ended up paying more than if I were to have ordered more boneless wings. Nobody made me aware of their special when I placed my order. That is understandable, however when I asked the representative behind the counter if he would be able to still process the order and just add the extra wings since they had a special and he told me they cannot. I made him aware that I've previously had issues here and he said no words. I get it. Business is business. But I'll be taking...

Terrible food. We ordered a large pesto pizza, wings, and a rolled pizza. Wings were terrible, disgusting. No flavor at all. I think they were just boiled and then fried, and that's it. Disgusting. I usually order them plain because most of the time places like restaurants let chicken marinate before fried it, but not this place. Truly horrible wings. The rolled pizza was awful as well. We got the one with eggplants in it. Eggplants weren't fully cooked, not sure what the issue was, but it didn't taste like eggplants at all. The pesto pizza was decent, but way too oily. Very fatty. And also, just to finish this review, they gave us expired Pepsi. We opened it, no carbonation whatsoever, and on the bottle it says expired in November. Thank...
