Rainbow Shops — Attraction in Town of Cheektowaga

They have no fitting rooms. I was told to just buy and return if it doesn't fit. The store I bought from closed an hour earlier than the mall hours, so I had to return at a different location in a different state. The return was a major hassle! I had to fill out a form with name, address, phone, and email, and signature. The tax was unable to be adjusted and the employee tried to pay me the difference from her own wallet (Which I did not accept). The computers cannot refund using my tap and pay on my phone (which worked perfectly fine to make the purchase), so I had to go to my car to produce the physical credit card. My credit card uses a chip, but somehow the store computers will only allow swipe for a return. Thrn I had to sign another receipt. The whole process to return 2 items took almost 30 minutes! Very frustrating! I will never be shopping at Rainbow Stores again! Also, very poor...

A few staff are helpful and polite but a few aren't. I understand it's an inner city store and the workers are from these neighborhoods. I go there because it has some items that they might run out of at the other location. One worker was giving me a dirty, silent, stare down yesterday when I needed to go into the dressing room to help my autistic daughter try on ONE item while back-to-school shopping. I told her I had to go in to help my child and she reluctantly said, okay, and walked away. One worker slammed the dressing room door hard behind me as I walked into it.

The selection is good for juniors and the price is good. You just have to try everything one. It's not always cut or sewn right. I don't buy anything there if it doesn't fit or feel right. I have to double check my daughter on...

I will never shop at rainbows again, I came here on 12/02/2023 to doa. Return and because the store open at 11am I was refused a return. They don’t pay me gas money to come back Indian return when I live 25 mins away plus traffic is more to tell me as a customer to return items on a later time. Sorry I don’t need to steal $ from rainbows. So I come on 12/10/2023 to return and got store credit because I didn’t have time to return through out the week due to working . Rainbows does not pay my bills for me to stop working to make a return when I shouldn’t had my stuff returned the day I came which was on 12/02/2023 I should have gotten my money instead of store credit because I will never shop at any rainbows again.
