The place is nice.

The young lady who completed my purchase was nice.

She was not engaging. I interpreted her being more friendly to the woman she helped than she was to me.

I visited the store around around 1015 this morning.

I see a lot of areas in marketing the store that is currently totally being ignored.

If any knows the owner or Dawn, please introduce us.

My first impression from my first visit is that I was overwhelmed.

A greeting or greeter would have made me more comfortable and if had engaged me to learn I was new, first visit and learned anything about my palate it would've been easier for me to connect, be receptive of things to try, and thereby spend more money.

As a marketing consultant and strategist this business has more potential than they realize. I'm so good at what I do that I would be willing to put my work where my mouth is and this business could pay me % only based upon the specific results of my work 30 days after the previous month is calculated.

This is what you call accountability based pay - no results, no pay.

Loved this shop. It was on my wish list of places to visit. Couldn't wait to try Croghan balogna. I had read about it upon researching the trip to 1000 Islands. Didn't know if I'd like it or not. As we were staying in a motel, and not going back right away, I didn't know if the balogna would stay good. Thankfully, one of the store staff helped me find a small piece which my family shared and liked. We loved looking at all the different cheeses, buying some to eat as a snack (on a bench by the water) including cheese curds, also buying 1000 Islands Salad Dressing and a couple of other jars of condiments, crackers to go with the cheese and drinks. We have ordered from the company in years past but after having ordered two weeks ago and no order was delivered, we kindly notified them that we did not receive the order, the Owner of the company scolded me for not being open at the time the delivery man showed up after I had noticed them at the delivery time of our hours. In addition, she insisted That he called my number, eventhough it was the wrong number. I INFORMED HER THAT IT WAS THE WRONG NUMBER AND SHE SAID SHE WOULD NOT DELIVER TO US AND HUNG UP THE PHONE.I called back and her assistant continued the bad attitude and I informed her, I would never do business with this company again.She said good.
