Very disappointed with this place amd will never be back. I asked the owner on Monday to Embroider my daughter's chair cover and that i needed it before Saturday because its her birthday party. She advised she would call when it was done so i could pick up. I was have a doubke birthday party that day for my kids and had so much to do so by Friday after doing all the running around I realized i never got a call about the cover being completed amd was too late to go in. I checked online and then realized they arent open on the weekend. I left a message friday night that i didnt receive a phone call and if they didnt complete the civer to not touch it. I get a call on Monday like nithing happened and said it was completed. I asked why wasnt i called and she said they were busy on fridays and didnt get around to calling and i could have called to check on it. If someone tells me THEY are going to do something I expect them to do it and not blame me for not calling them. I gave this to her on Monday and it took that long to embroider 1 cover.... oh please. I was referred to embroidery and more from a client. I spoke with the owner who is very friendly during the Christmas season when it was obviously very hectic and busy. I had some brand new work jackets I needed done in a hurry. I dropped them off and she looked them over. We had to go a little smaller on the back then we wanted to due to the cut of the jacket but within a week or so the order was complete. She did a great job with front chest and back embroidering on the jackets as well as snow hats. After a week or so really loving the quality of the work we ordered hoodies from her as well and they were completed on time even though it was less than 2 weeks until Christmas!
