Stopped in midday for lunch as a first try. Just grabbed a couple lunch specials. (1 slice of cheese, 2 pepperoni, 1 cob (cheese on bottom) and a couple sodas. First, slices are substantial. Thick, crunchy and chewy in all the right ways. The girl offered us slices from a fresh pie if we waited but we let it ride. So if slightly old reheated was like this..good sign. They lean towards a sweeter sauce, fyi. The interior is clean and simple with a single person restroom for all. Tables n chairs are sturdy and padded. So they were comfy. Only downside was sittin to eat we got to listen to much of the staff shout sing swear and banter. Kind of like having lunch at a sports bar before it gets really rowdy. Between that and the sounds of equipment back there it was... not ideal. This is definitely a "to go" kind of place. We took a menu and will try some fresh pies and wing options in the future though!

The pizza is some of the best in the capital district if you like a bit thicker crust. The wings were pretty dry and I was not a big fan of the peanut butter and jelly wings flavor. I wish there was a better seating area because it's not close to residential areas and the pizza won't survive a 10+ min drive home without getting mushy. The picture is after the pizza had been out for 10-15 min so it's not the most flattering picture

Decent food but I have not ordered it recently because I like delivery and every time I call, I always get attitude from the people who answer and tell me no delivery. Says free delivery over $20 but they never have delivery anymore. You guys should take delivery off your website if mealeo is the only option. Mealeos charges are outrageous

Great pizza! One thing though, I wish they had a way of monitoring their orders a little better. I've placed orders, driven there in the allotted time advised and learned they didn't have my order when I arrived. Lol. That's happened at least eight times and if their pizza wasn't so incredible, I would never go back. That being said, on the flipside, their delivery service has always been 100% perfect! I've since moved from ordering and picking up to calling in and having them deliver it. Makes life easier. Hope this helps! I'll still give them five stars for four reasons... Even though I've been REALLY angry about my pickup orders...

Their delivery service is perfect. The owner, with the tattoos, is a really really nice guy. I think it's his mother that's there now, she's sweet and very funny and the last three pickups were perfect The pizza is absolutely incredible! I'm born and raised Brooklyn, through my thirties. Trust that I know my pizza!! Upstate pizza is usually terrible, sorry to say, BUT Red Front's pizza is...

Sorry Red Front, normally I really love you guys (your pies are the best in town!) but today I have to give only 1 star. The old delivery guy came to my door with a large black spider hanging UNDER the box that could only have come from his car. When I pointed it out, he swats it in front of my door and then stamps it out with his foot!! I was so angry, I just said to him, "just give me my packages". In his sage wisdom, he points up to the wall on the side of my building and says,"it must have come from up there". I see, so the spider suspended from a single strand of web hanging under the box had somehow gotten there from the side of my wall! I was so angry that I could'nt even enjoy the pie I had initially been so pleased to recieve. This person had caused me so much upset that it put me right off my digestion. I sincerely wish I had not included his tip on my card. Had I not done so, it would have been severely reduced, if not...
