6/18 approx 8:15pm blond white female worker saw my husband & I walk in. She greeted us but that was the end of her decency. I asked if they had THC vape cartridges & she gave a rude response about how they don’t have exactly what I wanted but had H (something molecule)… so we asked where those were & she told us the price was $50+ tax & that’s nearly double what a store down the road sells them for for exactly what I need. THC helps me deal with pain so I was already in rough shape but this made me upset bc she was nasty. & chose this place not my normal place out of necessity bc 51 vape was closed which by the way sells cartridges that are stronger for $25!! … Like why the rudeness to a potential customer? & to also be snarky to my husband too who was just asking about what would fit in my vape I showed her… my husband is a former fireman & used to rough around the edges folks & even he was put off by...

I love this store! Have been going for years, great selection and great prices. I would recommend going in the evening or on Sundays, the owner and the night time employees are outstanding and friendly! The girl that works during the day is completely rude and makes it obvious she doesn’t want to be there, she doesn’t even say hi when you walk in the door! Just gets annoyed that she has to stop looking at her phone and actually help somebody. She also doesn’t know the prices, she’ll quote you one price and then it will ring up a totally different price, and she gets beyond annoyed if you ask for something on one of the top shelves. The evening employees and the owner are all very knowledgeable and are the friendliest most welcoming people. I definitely recommend this store - but make sure to go during the evenings...

Heather in the morning is always rude and always has an attitude. Like it’s an inconvenience to help a customer. Today I went to purchase 2 items that I get regularly. She let me purchase 1, and told me I wasn’t allowed to get the other because of whatever reason. She didn’t ID me even apparently not knowing who I was yet I’ve dealt with her a number of times and I am a regular here. I will always go now after a certain time when Patrick and Tiffany are working. Great people at least those two. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. At least they don’t try to rush people out and give them problems. Props to those 2. That Heather shouldn’t be there! You get great customer service later in the day and a grumpy pissed off woman in the morning…...
