I like the merchandise, some of which is considerably overpriced, but I find the customer service downright rude. The young women working here are not attentive and rush you out. I approached one with a question and she said with attitude “I may or may not have an answer.” Honey, when you see customers in the store you should pay attention to them, not your restocking duties. The older woman with dark hair was the only one who took the time to help me. They were closing, so I told her she didn’t have to wrap my gifts - trying to be respectful of them during Christmastime. While she was ringing me out, the other young employee said abruptly, “Are you all set? Yeah I get it, the clock was chiming 7:00, closing time, and I was outta there by 7:02. I recently purchased gifts online from this store for my son's girlfriend, as he's currently serving in the military. The owner was incredibly helpful and assisted me in selecting a different bracelet when the one I initially ordered was out of stock. When I arrived to pick up my order the following day, both the owner and another staff member who was wrapping gifts warmly greeted me, making me feel very welcomed. Seller sent a broken item. Expected gift recipient to run to post office rather than sending a return label. Rude and unprofessional. I highly recommend DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER.
