I came on a Tuesday for a quick movie. No one spoke to me, not even the guy of check the tickets. Everything was well kept and clean, especially the auditorium and bathrooms are sparkling cleaned. The movie started on time and as the auditorium was almost empty, it was very quiet and nice for the show. It wouldn't hurt if the staff at least speak a little bit to their customers. This is the reason why I am giving 3 starts instead of 4. Overall, quiet movie theater during the week, recommended.

Crisp, digital projection and high-fidelity audio not overly loud. Reservations required due to the 'Rona. When even the studios are switching to home distribution and cinematic theatres have been closing all across North America, this theatre still thinks it prudent to overcharge for concessions based on customers being a "captive audience." Besides that, clean familial bathrooms with commendable handicapped access.

Very rude to me and my friend, popcorn was cold they served me the wrong drink and when i asked for a new one they gave me a hard time. I belive this is on of the worst theatres in the capital district. There was also garbage everywhere even in the cup holders! I’m very disappointed as this is the 5th time this has happened. Go to crossgates or bow ties don’t waste your time or money here!

Tom Cruise- tickets they are too much! Robert Downey Jr Johnny Depp Sean Penn Keanu Reeves and everybody else I met! Can I have the names of our children? The places and dates they were born? I give all the details of how a crime group in Greene County New York state borrowed children drug them raped them stole from them filmed them movie songwriting music writing TV show and ideas but zero crime reports no police reports but drugging hypnosis thought control stealing the USA stealing and borrowing from parents, children. Becoming nurses and police officers instead of reporting and investigating and turning yourself into law enforcement. It has been 1/2 century and a decade. Remember where you are what year and know that the gang rule our roost and they are criminals and if you don't like the setup here Ny USA it's because they are after one particular person to upset them further and to have the real story of the United States of America c o u p e d accidents happen. They own since 1967. Those people are in full force wiretapping telephones, espionage spying drugging schools, dumbing up New Yorkers and being unfair and they want to continue and they will. the reader of this review, the cinema here is excellent The sound system is very good but is everyone safe and not on a hit list? No they aren't. So when people are approaching me and telling me they were going to be a lawyer or are a lawyer please make sure your state police in your area is equipped with the most up-to-date crime teams that have infiltrated the civilians the military and the police the education system our health our minds our spirits. These people will make people not want to be married they want to be alone and remember to think clearly get away from where they have full-time jobs even though you hate them and detest them and want to stay away from them just try to think clearly find a place to recuperate from their attacks and realize that you have to leave the area your ancestors were born in because they have taken it. They're unelected they never researched and they never reported and they will never turn themselves in and they would have to have the assistance of their victims because they have detached themselves from the crimes that they have done and told what careers to have and then they get other people to commit the same crimes against the same victim. There is a mental health issue a severe mental health anxiety issue because people are not unintelligent and a lot of them have a lot of common sense and they feel that some people have an unfair life and some people are not normal and they are made that way here. It came out of Greene County New York that's not that far from Albany. Instead of telling me what you are just call the State Police or inform them and the laws have to change when you find out what a severe victim really is whether or not deceased because if you think a deceased victim is the most severest it isn't. it's not the one that actually sacrificed the most because they are free. They are free from the facts of the criminals that we have now the wiretapping the espionage the spying the lying the removing the rifts on family and taking normal. The terrible- victims that take up jobs as policemen and nurses and think they are qualified and they are nothing but the worst criminals that are not reported on. they actually look and make American tragedies happen. and personal attacks and group attacks. The media is full of phony deaths phony funerals. celebrity making. all to upset and injure the real persecuted their entire life. not like the Germany world war II where they had a thriving life up until their genocide. The fact is United States of America has crimes it's consuming us and we need to turn in all illegal drugs. Everybody can do less movies less TV shows less music less songwriting and more crime reports and police reports and test yourself for drugs and test these mental health professionals test these politicians travel more and you will see it is better than where they been. Real life...

Do not go to this theater.

My reasons for that statement are long and varied, but the tl;dr version is don't go. That is unless of course you wish to have a bad experience seeing a movie, in which case by all means head on over.

Alright, so let's talk about this place.

Regal itself is a pretty OK cinema chain, falling in line with the majority of chain theater services, security, and quality. But that's not the case with Colonie's particular location, where the management is a joke, the security is lacking, and the quality is below sub par.

This is a movie theater that allows underage and unsupervised kids to see R rated films, they throw paid muscle at you near the entrance but do nothing when you have a complaint, and they don't have a single employee in their entire employ who wants to be there. The last two examples might be more common, but the first is illegal. You know, because whose at fault when those kids get hurt? The theater. What if they get lost? The theater is to blame. And who will be sued when the parents come a knocking? You guessed it, the theater.

It blew my mind as an employee watched a group of kids she had just said no to who wanted to see an R rated film, bribe a couple in line to act as their guardians, and then let them all enter without so much as bating an eye. Just... wow.

On my particular visit I decided to try out the RPX "experience", something that is touted for being comparable to the iMax theaters. And my conclusion? It's a load of bullhocky. RPX is squeaky leather seats, overly loud speakers, and a slightly larger screen. It's not worth paying the extra cash, not by a green mile.

Of course my experience might have been further sullied by the fact I had to deal with those kids I mentioned before, who had taken seats directly in front of me. They talked, ALL. THE. TIME. They used their cellphones to text, take pictures, and at one point answer a call to tell the person on the other side that they were at the movies. Ladies and gentlemen it took all my willpower to not choke them out, something I am proud of.

I did of course file a complaint, but you know what security told me? "It happens." You know what management told me? "Sorry, would you like a refund?" NO! I want you to use your cheap muscles to remove the problems from the movie and kick them out, not try to pay me off so I keep quite. Because guess what, it had the opposite effect!

So I guess this is the place for underage kids to go see R rated films, because they don't need to worry about being denied entry or removed for being annoying. Want to use your cellphones to record the film? Head on down to Colonie Center, I can guarantee you they don't care. Otherwise if you are a law abiding citizen who just wants to see a movie, go someplace else. You'll...

Staff was very unprofessional and rude, management (Christine) on duty was nonchalant showed zero concern about the incident that transpired. I believe I was profiled. On Thursday at 10:32pm in theater 13 while watching a movie with my four young children, I was approached by a staff who stated ā€œturn off your phoneā€ I was caught off guard because he approached me he didn’t say excuse me, hi, sir or hello. What i was received was a command. I immediately asked him who was he talking to? He then stated ā€œcompany policy at regal is that all cell phones to be turned off during the movieā€ I asked him to get a manager and show me that policy. This child staff member then told me that he was the manager and that he was going to get security if I didn’t turn off the phone. When I went to the front desk, I spoke to Christine, the assistant general manager on duty and asked about company policies. She stated that the policy doesn’t state your phone have to be turned off. I asked for the young man’s name because I wanted to file a formal complaint and she told me she cannot do that. She didn’t care to ask anything about the incident. She barely wanted to give me her name and her managerā€˜s name. Let me just say, I worked in Hospitality industry for several years. The level of disrespect and disregard I felt as a customer was through the roof. I believe that the young man was profiling me, and as a result, he responded in aggressive manner and embarrassed me in front of my children, And other people watching the movie. This was very poor service and very I’m disappointed in Regal staff and management for how things transpired & the blatant disregard to address...
