AT&T overcharged me on my bill for roaming charges because their international team cannot properly explain how to use an international package, which I paid a lot of money for. It is a small amount. Still, they send me 7 to 10 voice mails a week about a bill which i am paying and have been paying regularly. I've spent several hours on the phone with at least three representatives over the last month. It seems like the only thing they are interested in is selling me a Direct TV package. I had to hang up on one of them so that he wouldn't send a Direct TV team out to my house.I have to talk to three different people before I can talk to anyone capable of doing anything other than taking my money. I can get the same wireless package at any other carrier, including Verizon, for at least $50 less than I am currently paying. I've been a customer for 10 years. I was on the phone for another half hour yesterday after receiving 7 voicemails in the course of two days. I explained the situation again and I still owe $50 for a cruise package that I did not purchase and did not use because I somehow accrued roaming charges while i was docked in port in a country that is covered under the package that i paid for. I explained this at the time when I called and asked the international representative exactly what to do right before I shut my phone off as instructed. Megapixels, frame rate, sim cards... who could possibly be well versed on such terminology!? I am here to rate the Glenville AT&T 5 stars because they are a shining beacon of luminosity in the otherwise dim and daunting world of cellular telephone sales. Michael's dedication to professionalism took the guess work out of figuring out which device and device protector were pertinent to my needs. The Samsung Galaxy S8 is a superior piece of technology and would recommend it to any of my associates and colleagues, as would I purchasing it from the Glenville AT&T. Lastly, in world constantly on the brink of nuclear war with North Korea, I urge the public to take a page from Michael and Glenville AT&T handbook, because if we all can treat our friends and constituents with th kindness and respect as I was treated, then this fine earth would simply be an easier place to live. In conclusion, I encourage us all to look inward and tap into the place in our souls that the Glenville AT&T has, not for selfish reasons, however for selfLESS reasons, and maybe, just maybe we can connect the world and touch the lives of any man woman and child on the planet through technology afterall. Read moreI first started my Windows phone At&t service here in November, with an employee who is still there & I had major problems, so went back yesterday, and the Manager, Ray Felton, took over. Ray clarified that much of what his colleague said was either incorrect or mis-communicated and promised, like any good manager would, that re would re-train his worker so that would never happen again. But to the the most important, unusual, and stellar information. Ray spent 45+ minutes with me at no charge, restoring my phone to full functionality, obtaining me full credit, in fact extending the credit, for my missed service, and got me a less expensive plan, as I had originally requested. He is highly knowledgeable technically, personally extremely affable and easy to understand with his advice, plus he takes his responsibility as a manager of your complete experience in the store very seriously. Those are gems which are find at retail establishments nowadays. Final special note. I happen to walk with a cane. Twice now when I have entered & exited the store one-time by Ray & one-time..by a woan employee, both hastened to hold open the door for me. That just doesn't happen often, unless people take seriously customer service & accommodating special needs. This place is unique.
