Five Below — Attraction in Town of Greenburgh

The five below's usually a pretty nice to start is pretty good but this particular one here with the so-called manager named Laura today of all days the line was pretty long which is typical for this store. There was only one register and another employee who later turned out to be the so-called manager named Laura I was just hanging out in front of the store on the phone talking on her cell phone. Mean while there was 14 people online and just one young individual at the register. Does Laura keep coming in and out the store pretending to work but yet she looked and saw that was 14 people and the people were complaining that the line was long and that it was taking too long and she did absolutely nothing. A customer approached her and told her that they wanted to speak to the manager and she said she was the manager and that she was busy. There was one person on the register for the duration of the time and 14 people on the line and four kids running around and screaming and throwing things and neither one of them said anything to these kids. This Laura is really not the manager there I guess she was acting manager Five Below really needs to figure out what type of individuals they hire for managers this Laura is definitely not a proper employee for Five Below. Laura should be looking for another position elsewhere. I would not recommend going to this Five Below. Find another Five Below to go to. Me and the four people that came with me today will not be returning to😡😡 this Five Below and I wouldn't recommend anyone else going to it...

This location is absolutely amazing ! From their open lay out, fully stocked shelves to their amazing management team! 5 below definitely support the community. My Girl Scout troop have been learning about money management and after saving I thought it hold be great to go on a mini shopping spree at their favorite store 5 below. The district manager as well as store management was very eager to Help make this a wonderful shopping experience for my girls. Albino and Alicia made it such a great experience we had the idea and they just put it tougher. Just asking for time for the girls to shop they made them goody bags and even gave them a gift. Went today to White Plains location (Tarrytown Rd) and stood on line to pay. The cashier was talking to a customer and he left the register. Instead of acknowledging me, she pulled out her phone and proceeded to scroll through it. Then another worker strolled over to her sucking her teeth and both continued to ignore the fact that I waa standing there waiting to purchase items. I put my stuff down and left. The guy outside was the only one who acknowledged me by telling me to have a nice day. ...
