In 2016 we rented a prom tux from Jocelynn's. When we picked it up on Thursday evening as instructed it was the wrong size. The pants were a 44 and they were supposed to be a 32. The shoes were two sizes too small. They were unable to get the correct items until Saturday morning which left for a very nervous son waiting to see if he was going to have a tux at all. Our younger son went this year (2018) to rent his prom tux. We picked it up for him on Thursday as instructed. He was unable to be here as he had a track meet and they would be closed by the time he got home. We had him try it on immediately when he got home. The sleeves of the jacket were approximately 1/2" too short. The hem on the pants was 1/2 - 1" too short. We could deal with that. But his shirt was a 7XL!! He is 6' tall and weighs 165 pounds...a 7XL?!?!?! Because he had another track meet on Friday, we could not personally take him there to get a replacement shirt. We went out and bought the correct size shirt for him. When we returned to the tux we told them what happened and they said they cant do anything about it. So after two incidents where they left us less than satisfied, they will no longer get any business from us. There should be no reason that we have to travel to the store 4 times (selection rental, pick up, pick up the correct items, return tux) for a tux rental because of their error. And these were not subtle errors. They clearly do not check the product when it comes in. How on Earth could a kid that size who is wearing s SLIM FIT tuxedo be a 7XL?? That should have caused someone to question if there is an error. But the true irony in this is that we have 4 sons who can attend 4 proms each in their high school years (16 rentals), one has a girlfriend at a different school (2 rentals) and we are getting married next year (5 rentals, 1 wedding gown, and 4 bridal party dresses)...they got our money for 2 of the 28 possible transactions and they wont be getting any more!!! Last year we went to Tuxego and had a great experience and they will be our future tux rental place in the future. UPDATE: The day after returning the tux we got a phone call, from the same guy who said he "couldn't do anything", asking where to tux was an would we be returning it that day (which would have made it late). These people clearly do not have a level or customer service or sense of responsibility what so ever. I can't imagine using them for such significant events like weddings and...

We have gone multiple times to rent a tux from here and most of the time they were okay, nothing special just a convenient place close to home but this is the worst experience I have had with a place like this. We went a month and a half in advance to put in an order for a tux rental and before the tux would usually come in a week or so before to make sure there was no alterations needed, this time the tux did not come until 2 days before the event and when it came in it was completely wrong so they sent the jacket back for a new one, (TWO DAYS BEFORE) we got the new one and it wasnât even the same style jacket we ordered. He has no choice but to deal with it bc the event was the next day. I called on the day of the event to tell them everything was wrong and that I wanted to come to some sort of solution I gave the women on the phone my name and number to give to a âmanagerâ when they were in next. I brought the tux back a few days after the event like we were told too but it wasnât until 430 because I have a full time job just like most of us and apparently the âmanagerâ was not there so I left my name and number again and heard nothing until today when I called them and let me tell you I was never met with a more unprofessional service than I was today. He was EXTREMELY rude and not willing to try to come to any solution, he wouldnât even let me speak on the phone I couldnât get a single sentence out. I will not ever be coming back after the way I was treated. I am absolutely appalled by their service and I will NOT be recommending this place to anyone else...

No instructions were given to bride about try on process. The associate said they didnât pull any bigger dresses since they would be too big. We know that none of the dresses would fit perfect and pinning and clipping is needed to give the bride an idea. Once I tried the first one on, associate asked if I wanted them to clip the dresses that didnât zip properly. They should know to do this automatically and know how to pin and clip each dress so they fit the bride during try on. The dresses pulled out looked so old and buttons were missing off another one tried on. One of the dresses given to me on a hanger in the dressing room was wrapped countless and very difficult to get off the hanger. The store carpet was old and dirty and it is clear there is no pride in the establishment. The young lady that helped me was lovely but just lacked in training. No expertise could be given to me about dress fabrics or fit due to inexperience. This is not the place to go if you are a bride and want a fun, special, and caring experience trying on dresses! Also the iPad process...
