It has changed a lot since that photo was taken. Stop n shop has moved to Rockaway Boulevard about 2 years ago and left a empty space. However the liquor store expanded into once was a ups store, it is very nice. There is a large beauty supply store for all your needs. The Pizza shop makes very delicious pizza. The dollar store is one of my favorites to go to in the area. Subways is there and a Asian fusion restaurant that I like a lot, it makes sushi right in front of you. You can dine in or take out. Burnside commons has an abundance of parking spots now that stop and...

Was extremely sad to see Stop and shop had closed, as it was a staple in the Community.It moved to Rockaway Blvd. and appeared to take over the space vacated by K Mart. The other businesses, continue to provide good service and good prices,as well as good fast food ( Subway, Pizza, Moca,) There is also a 99 cent+ store ,a beauty supply, and a Liquor Warehouse,that has also been a staple of this Commercial strip.
