I can not find the words to express how high the level of customer service is here. Back in January I needed to get a med lift chair for my mother who has bad swelling in her legs and a diabetic foot ulcer.

The lady of the phone (God forgive me for forgetting her name) asked me a few questions and walked me thru step by step how to navigate their website. She helped me pick out the right chair based on moms medical needs and had it delivered the SAME DAY!

The chair helped improve mom's medical condition and was super comfortable and attractive looking. Well worth the money spent.

Fast foward a few months the chair broke. They came to service the chair the SAME DAY! The chair was beyond repair. Merrick surgical offered to give us a loaner chair while the negociated with the manufacturer to replace the chair.

I did nothing. MERRICK MEDICAL SUPPLY picked up the old chair and delivered a new one FREE OF CHARGE. They did all the foot work. I didnt have to argue with them or contact the manufacturer they had all the warranty info on file.

I wish more businesses operated like this one. Friendly staff. very punctual . They always worked around my scheduling needs.

I'm so happy I picked this medical suppy company.

Today, I went to this Surgical Supply store and had the most amazing care from Leo. I came due to badly healing infected blisters and foot eczema wherein I was unable to wear a regular shoe. When I first arrive I was greeted by Leo explaining my situation. The strange thing after driving from Jamaica Queens to location in a rush to obtain relief 41min drive , I left my wallet. Leo immediately saw the urgent care need and he immediately said not to worry. He said this is the first time they ever did a cast away shoe, meaning providing a customer with a shoe without paying at that moment . I want to thank Leo for trusting that I would pay. As a Scientist I understood that he did not have to do this because this is but he did, thank you. He fitted me for shoe and said he will mail the bill. I will not forget how sincere and warm person he was and will recommend everyone I know to this location. I’m even going to return for compression stockings because I’m on my feet a lot and he and another person in store recommended....

Very excited to work with a brick and mortar store especially when a gentleman by the name of Leo was so pleasant on the telephone. As I explained my handicap mom was in need of a lift chair and one of the reasons why I chose not to purchase online was that so I can receive services of accommodating her lack of mobility, which he Agreed to provide That was until I made a 45 minute drive to the store front and was blatantly told to my face , By his partner, that the conversation on the phone was not going to take place. Leo, you Emphasized the accuracy of the reviews you received And therefore I place mine among the rest. Integrity sits high on my list of values Your word is One of the things that separates you from the Block buster internet world.
