I donāt live near this Michaels so this is not my home-base, but I was looking for a particular item that according to the website only this store would have. So I called yesterday and THREE times someone answered and said please hold before even asking what I needed or waiting for me to respond. Each time I waited 10-15 minutes before hanging up and trying again. It was super annoying, but I figured maybe they had a bare bones staff since they were closing in an hour and a half. Which is not a good excuse, but fine...
Then I called today and finally I got to speak to someone and tell them what I was generally looking for (the brand). I attempted to tell them what I specifically needed, but was already put in hold. I then waited on the phone for 20 MINUTES before disconnecting. Not once did someone come back to the phone to give me a status update or even ask me the specific item I needed.
So at this point, Iām really frustrated, and I called back and asked to speak to a manager. The manager literally said he could see the area where my item was stocked from where he was standing. It took all of 5 minutes just to find out they didnāt even have it in the store despite the website saying they did. Furthermore, the manager didnāt even attempt to make it seem like he would address this issue with his employees. Overall, I am incredibly disappointed and surprised at the lack of customer service of this particular location. Though looking at other reviews, I can tell CS is not this storeās priority. What a shame.

They answer without listening explained her I told her the whole matter she avoided us they were not co operative at all and behaved rude with me I donāt understand is this customer service? If manager behaves like this then where would we go should we call police or what? Why would an employee argue with a customer and why not a manger want to help a customer the matter is...
