"Jenna" who is apparently a supervisor was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I requested her supervisor, Paul Manusama (SMVR2) came and it was clear where Jenna learned how to provide bad service. I initially came to this location on the day of my appointment to early renew my drivers license and upgrade to an enhanced license. On my initial visit I only had a copy of my birth certificate and not the original from 42 years ago (I am a "US citizen born abroad" and this original document with stamp is very hard to find or request). Nevertheless I was kindly and professionally explained by the supervisor on the day of my appointment that this original document with stamp is required and I completely understood. Mrs. Vasquez who was the supervisor that day told me that if I can find the original or get it by that same day (it was a Saturday so they closed at 1pm) or any of the following weekdays by closing time then my original appointment would be honored. I had already waited, signed my signature for the id and even taken the photo. When I arrived on following Friday before closing Mrs. Vasquez was not present and even though I had her signature on my original numbered ticket from first visit neither Jenna or her supervisor Paul Manusama (SMVR2) would help. They said they cannot take my word that Mrs. Vasquez told me to come back with the correct document which I now had. Paul Manusama (SMVR2) hardly spoke and just stared at me and basically called me a liar and refused to attempt to contact Mrs. Vasquez who is the other supervisor who's signature I had saying I can come back. Paul Manusama (SMVR2) and Jenna spent 15 minutes wasting time instead of simply taking 5 minutes to process my documents and get me out of there so I don't need to return again. As public servants or supervisors of any establishment I can only say they were unprofessional, inefficient, rude and gave the DMV a bad name. Those who witnessed our interaction (including other staff and security made faces and laughed at how they handled themselves and I was even apologized to by another staff member for their behavior on my way out). In contrast, although I did not get what I wanted the first time I was there, Alex and Mrs. Vasquez were very kind, friendly, professional and I didn't mind being told I needed to come back because of them. I hope Paul Manusama (SMVR2) and Jenna get better training and our tax dollars should not be used to pay supervisor salaries to people who treat the public the way they treated me and waste so much time on the...

Read moreToday we came for an appointment with pre approved paperwork granted not all documents are always accepted, that is to be understood. After waiting almost 4 hours from the time we got there to go to the counter. How ever the lady behind the counter was very rude and did absolutely nothing to help us. We brought in all the paperwork we needed and more proof of whatever was needed and she told us everything that we had was no good. Asked us several times if we were us citizens after telling her several time we were and there was the birth certificate and Ss card as part of the proof that it wasn't good enough, nor did she acknowledge our active lease for our home or the proof of address or mail. And after asking several times what else can I give her she insisted on a physical insurance card as proof. Did not have it on us but showed the mobile insurance card the insurance company offers. Wasn't good enough. Okay so I asked again what do we need what else can I show or give you we had a full folder of proof. Not understanding why nothing we gave was good enough I asked AGAIN what kind of proof do we need, what can I show you. She refused to answer. How can you not answer me on what proof do we need if you aren't willing to accept everything I've already given so I can provide other proof. Her attitude was not professional nor was her judgement on our behalf she looked at us as we weren't even human. My fiance has a huge neck tattoo and we are both tattooed with colored hair. I believe she profiled us and did not give us the proper customer service because of how we look. I am leaving this review because we were treated unfairly and not given any information on what to bring as proof since "she did not want to accept all our legal documents and proof" . Something needs to be done about this but I'm sure nothing will come from this. Hopefully next time will be a better experience and someone more compassionate and with the right information to be...
