I would not recommend this salon, especially for younger clients. My 13-year-old daughter and her friends went in without adults, and the staff were extremely unprofessional.

My daughter was having acrylics done for the first time, and when she experienced stinging under the lamp (something she didn’t know to expect), the technician was rude and even threatened to stop doing her nails if she didn’t stop moving.

One of her friends asked for a simple acrylic fill-in, but the technician refused and instead forcibly removed her existing nails — which was painful and completely unnecessary. This also meant the girls were charged more than what they originally came in for.

I strongly feel they took advantage of these girls because there was no adult present. The lack of patience, professionalism, and transparency was very concerning. Parents should know that this is not a safe or trustworthy environment for teens. We will not...

Update: from 4 stars to 2 stars to 1 star as my gel manicure lasted one day. It seems to only be a good experience every other time and I can’t take that gamble. Pictures attached of the gel manicure with my cuticles all pulled off and bloody plus the wrong color I left with today. I could have told her to change the color but the manicure itself is terrible and she cut my nails sooooooo short like a boy. I picked 72 for color and she picked 78 and didn’t bother to get the right one. The towel they use now is ice cold. They were empty. I Used to love this place but they don’t listen about service. Without service nothing matters. That was a painful gel manicure and it wasn’t pleasant at all. I tried!
