They managed to both burn and undercook French toast. The outside was burnt and the inside was raw, it was inedible because the eggs were still raw. They also use the heel or end of the bread for the French toast. That’s the worst slice of bread. They also screwed up an omelette and wanted me to take the food they made wrong. I asked them to make the omelette properly, but they screwed that up again, it was completely brown on the outside. A good omelette should not be crusty and brown. I frequently go into this store so my rating is merely off the fact that there are a few people in there that actually help you. More than once I have walked in gone straight to the register and stood for almost 5 mins waiting for someone to acknowledge me. Their items are not cheap I mean a bagel with butter is 3 dollars so you would think that would come with a level of quality service. I most recently went in today 3/20/19 and concluded that this place will no longer see my money ever again. Bagels are fresh, egg salad was good, the blueberry cream cheese was good, wish they had strawberry cream cheese but im okay with the change of my routine for once. Just hope next time there’s strawberry cream cheese.(if theres a next time) One thing that I did notice is they care about their regulars more than new customers, I had to ask who would be able to assist me in a bit of a louder request lol , hope the owners take a look at the reviews and see demographically which ppl are having the worst experience in this establishment.
