1st time, October 2018: Tony actually listened to me. Some people have a problem listening to their clients....not Tony. Great place and an Excellent haircut. I'll definitely be back. Also, Felicia who washed my hair did a great job with a good sense of humor and an infectious laugh. Hope I get them both next time.

2nd time , February 2019: Not surprisingly, I received an excellent haircut. I have thick, wavy hair and it gets a bit unmanageable. Tony took his time and gave my hair the structure it needed. I'm a loyal customer. Thanks, Tony!

2019-12-05 - Anthony gave me an excellent haircut exactly as I wanted it, as always.

2020-06-30: The last time I went to Escape to see Anthony, he did a great job as expected and I was happy and went about life. I've been a regular there for about 18 months and have always had a pleasant experience. This time, because of pandemic concerns and restrictions, when I finally arrived it was surreal and then it wasn't. We all had masks on and there was a protocol, yet I immediately felt safe. I so appreciated being able to get my hair cut after feeling like a walking fire hazard and a sore sight for eyes. Anthony listened to what I was asking for and delivered exactly that. What a relief! Thanks again, Anthony.

2020-09-26: Anthony rocks! He's a gifted stylist and listens to your needs. I've been seeing him for about a couple of years and I'm pretty loyal. I'll be seeing him again, for sure.

10/02/25 - Ok, so this is getting redundant, but that's a good thing. I've been seeing Anthony for years and he is consistently allowing me to leave his salon with a smile. Great haircut, as always....

As a first time customer at this salon, I had a positive experience and I will be back. I booked a post-quarantine haircut over the phone. The booking process was easy and the admin person was friendly and knowledgeable. When I mentioned that I would like to start with a haircut and then come back to discuss color options, I was set up with Anthony for 2:00 pm on Sunday because he does both cuts and color.

I was taken right away when I walked in and Anthony sanitized the chair area before I was brought over to sit down. All of the employees and clients were wearing masks and the salon was operating at 50% capacity so everything was nice and safe. The hair washing station was comfortable and the sink does not stab the back of your neck when you lay back like so many other places. That was a nice bonus.

Anthony was friendly and respectful of my time. He explained what he would like to do with my disaster dead ends and then asked me what I was comfortable with and what I wanted. Since he was right and a lot of my hair at the bottom was dead hair from past highlights and 6 months without a trim, we did a basic cut to take off all of the dead hair and shape it a bit around the face for body. We discussed color options for next time and had a pleasant chat.

The price was true to the website price list without any surprises at check out. I opted not to do the glaze treatment which would have been an additional charge because I wanted to buy a hair product to help me style it at home instead. I purchased a medium sized bottle of hair creme for $30 which was reasonably priced for salon brands.

All in all a great experience and I will be back to...
