This place is a joke! Let's start with not all piercers are "trained" in needle piercing LIES don't waste your time in scheduling an appointment mine was at 11Am just to be told at 11:30 the piercer clearly NOT A NURSE isn't trained in needle piercing only a gun piercing. The woman who checked me in dod NOT ask me how I wanted to be pierced she assumed I wanted it done by a gun. So a person who is licensed to administer control substances in a hospital setting and insert an IV cant put a needle in my ear? They are not nurses! Oh and you can forget about calling the store cause their voicemail is FULL doesn't even ring. There jewelry selection is sad. I expected wall to wall options nope a handful of over priced items on each wall. Not to mention there is only ONE station for piercings. You assume a place advertising to only do piercings would have an array of stations with a mass collection of jewelry. They also habe NO waiting area no place to sit nothing! With the lack of inventory of jewelry they had space to put a waiting area especially for people who are FORCED to wait HOURS before a piercing! The lay out of the store could have been done better. They could have taken people experience and privacy into account. But nope the ONE piercing station they have is smack dead in the middle of the store in the back for everyone who is waiting to watch you like a pony show! SHAME! This all could hsve been executed better! But they want quivk money in and out not caring about the details about creating an experience. This was the most unpleasant experience I've ever had with a piercing that says a lot when I'm 35 years old with my fair share of body piercings and tattoos. They don't give you the option to choose how you want your piercing when you schedule your appointment so you are FORCED to waste your time! I came from OUT EAST long island into huntington to visit this place I was purchasing top tier jewelry. Save your money go to piercing pagoda or clares as a matter fact support your local tattoo shops! I promise I've NEVER been turned away when I walk into a tattoo shop because the person isn't qualified to pierce what you want in the manner you want it in! This place advertisement...

I would definitely recommend this location to anyone needing to pierce their little one's ears. The instructions/questionnaire on their website may be lengthy, but do not get overwhelmed as they are meant to aid with creating a seamless appointment session. We took our four month old baby girl to get her ears pierced back in August 2023. Our assigned nurse Kayana was so calm, kind, and professional. She really takes time to perfect the piercings - she drew and redrew the dot on each ear until my husband and I (including Kayana herself) were satisfied with the placement. She explained to my husband and I what to expect before she started the process and she worked quickly between ears all the while remaining calm when our baby started crying. She answered all of our questions and we were sent home with an aftercare kit with clear instructions. The facility is so clean and quiet, you are sure to have a great experience. Disgusting customer service at the Walt Whitman Location. I walked in since they have a large sign saying “walk -ins welcome”, one of the nurses (dressed in scrubs) gave me a nasty attitude and said I had to wait for an appointment which was 3 hours later. She then practically tossed me a QR code to scan and told me to book the appointment myself. Then walked away with a nasty attitude . The store was completely empty. Why have a large sign saying walk ins welcome when they’re going to treat you like trash when you ask if they can pierce you? How is a licensed nurse going to treat people with such a negative attitude ?? My husband was with me and he even said “what’s her problem?” . Completely off putting. I came here to get pierced because I just moved into the area, but I’ll have to drive to Patchogue where AMULET ARTS is located for a quality needle piercing with amazing , kind and friendly service .
