Bubble Bear Tea (Huntington) — Restaurant in Town of Huntington

What a spot! Gorgeous bright well lit drink shop with a wonderful charismatic staff of young students and the coolest duo of owners Sam and James who never shy away from good convo and small talk. I don’t often drink bubble tea, but darn is their taro milk tea with tapioca a hit. I recommend drinking it fresh and cold, bc the bubbles turn hard after a couple hours, but the drink is incredible while fresh. It tastes like the lucky charms cereal milk at the end of the bowl! The boba bubbles are chewy and addictive. I appreciate that they have dairy free alternatives, as I recently found out I am severely allergic to milk. As a brown desi guy, I also loved the mango slush. It tasted fresh and pure, not concentrated or processed. I crave that milk tea often and I’m still dreaming about it! ok, so I got the white peach something tea, it was pretty good, the tea had pretty good flavoring too it and it wasn't too sweet. I got lychee with it and that was pretty good too, and you can see that the portion is pretty decent. my friend got the boba tho and first off, before you get her, she didn't order extra anything, my girl is damn broke and would never do that. anyway, they gave her like two big ass scoops of boba, like that damn cup was like half boba and it was an insane portion that I don't think anyone in a sane mind would have. and she said the boba was mid, so it was kinda silly to see her get her money's worth. like she finished the tea and then was trying to get all the boba while I was driving and it was so damn strenuous for her, like it was not...

I come here every day and they are the sweetest! I love coming here so much and trying all the different things they have!! They sometimes have new pastries and they are all so good! I love trying all of the new things they sell and I’m so happy to come back and get the pastries I tried when they have it! they remember my order cause I come here everyday and they are all wonderful to talk to! I really recommend coming here, it’s a great experience and I’m grateful to have this place near me and I’m grateful that the people who work here are so nice, they make me feel comfortable and happy all the time!
