Ridge Coin and Jewelry — Attraction in Town of Irondequoit

I love this business. The people are even easier to love than the product they sell. Not only do you get the best deal, period. Literally nobody will come close; but also they are extremely honest about what they are selling and why they are selling it never once have I ever over paid for anything if anything I have always underpaid for premium product. I believe in people and in businesses like this, I believe we need more of them. I only wish I had a ridge coin closer to me since I am in Oregon, other than that they are phenomenal in every aspect. I buy from them primarily on eBay live, I accidentally ran into a stream they were running and it was the best thing that’s ever happened to me. To give you an idea of how fantastic it was, three vintage ten ounce silver Scottsdale bars went for just over five hundred bucks, basically two free bars and I was stunned. And you know what, they just be running those throughout the show. They also have a mad man of a brother who does even more unhinged stuff like that and I think it is absolutely fantastic! I love these people, their business, and their streams. They are as honest as it gets, and comparable to the best bullion dealers on a mass scale, I would say they are even better. In fact, he just sold an American silver eagle for a penny, and he thinks it’s fantastic. And so do I. I’ve been there since day one on eBay and I will continue to be there to bother them! However, I am being serious about how fantastic this business truly is, top notch in every way. And the people, the people are what makes that business what it is. You are all absolutely fantastic individuals, thank you for running such a great business I can’t wait to see you guys grow and become more successful than you already are. The guys at Ridge Coin are unbelievable! Their kindness & compassion saved my family from loosing our gas & electric this winter. Due to this past month being a slow month for my cleaning business (The Cleanest Sweep) my income dropped tremendously. The first thing that came to mind was Ridge Coin. I had an antique that I didn't have room for and also was unable to move myself due to the weight being over 500 lbs plus.. The guys at Ridge Coin came to pick it up for me! Not only did Demitri spend 5 days working hard to find a buyer but he sent his brother, Toso to my home to move the antique for me. These guys are life savers! I can't thank them enough!!!!

Over the past several years I have taken several items to Ridge Coin. Some were things I had in my home that I never used or jewelry I didn't wear and a few items were from an estate sale such as: jewelry, silver forks, spoons, & knifes, a picture that was too big for my wall ect. I had an ungodly amount of coins I had acquired from an estate and from a house fire. Thinking of all the work, photos and fees involved using eBay and PayPal as I have done in the past, I decided to take the coins to Ridge Coin instead.

I just dumped them on the counter, and they did all the sorting. They separated the silver and the foreign coins from the rest, and found several higher value coins that I had no idea were in the collection (like a penny that was worth $139). They also gave me the current melt value for the silver coins...something no one else in the area did. And through it all, they were very friendly, yet highly professional.

Next week, I'm taking the jewelry that we have acquired from the same sources. A lot better and faster than listing and selling them myself on eBay. And I actually received more cash from them than I estimated I would have received from eBay.

They were just as friendly and efficient with the other customers that came in during the 8 hours or so that I was there (over three days). A real class act...a lot of other dealers and stores could learn a lot...
